衞生如圖所示，服務差的要死，規定死的，人是活的，結果這酒店前台送個水也不行，退房遲幾分鐘也不行，找平台後又都行了，攜程客服服務是很好的，但是酒店前台服務態度極差！響應也很慢，退個按金開個票沒半個小時整不好，廢話還特別多！

這是出差住過服務最差的酒店，一入住就有蟲，退房前台還打電話追問房間的安全套缺一盒意思是要扣錢，第一房間所有東西我都沒碰過，第二我一個人入住的找誰用？第三你用什麼來證明東西是我拿的，第四酒店用什麼證明房間有多少東西，請提供證明。無緣無故被冤枉，酒店想方設法想扣錢就明説，真噁心

這個酒店入住感覺真的挺不錯的初體驗：剛進入房間感覺很乾凈，房間不大但是東西配備齊全，給人一種很舒服的感覺，而且進去房間都是很温馨的，電視機超級大，觀影很不錯另外房間很有設計感，會有一些小掛畫或者是小擺件之類的，看得出來酒店管理層是很有藝術氣息的人

前台工作人員工作細心。有禮貌，會主動問候，一直都是笑眯眯的，感覺很親切，還幫我免費延遲了遺房時間，小姐姐超讚的!房間有座機可以打前台電話，給我解決了很多問題， 房間免費礦泉水，無線網，房間住起來很舒服，睡眠質量非常棒，前台還有養生茶提供，非常貼心，點外賣也非常方便啦，設施齊全!很推薦這家酒店!值得一住!
