酒店在21棟，前台在21棟3樓，註冊地址卻在14棟，本來也沒什麼，訂房後沒有工作人員通知，而是我們到了14棟見沒有標識才打電話問客服。本來可以打85分的，現在給80分吧。價格再優惠一點就更好了。

這是我住過最差的一個酒店，設施簡陋不説，睡到半夜，整個衣櫃門都掉下來了，房間裏面根本沒清潔，全是紙巾垃圾，床上還有跳蚤小蟲子，要不是半夜，真的想馬上換酒店

整間房間就只有地板最乾淨
床單被套枕頭套都是發黃和有污跡，其他設施全都是灰塵
床褥除了硬還有凹凸不平。打開房門一陣霉味，可能近海原因，很潮濕，有些地方是發霉的，牆壁有蜘蛛網和蜘蛛。
基本沒有服務系統，前台烏煙瘴氣，不會再選擇第二次。
