性價比很低，非常不推薦。四季和文化都是一個老闆，明顯取名蹭大酒店品牌。酒店在很偏僻的村鎮裏，農民樓宅基地改建吧，設施就相當於一般城鎮酒店，電話機是壞的，要什麼要自己跑到前台，衹有一部很慢的小電梯，標註的親子套房衣架衹有四個，多要就送來這種鐵的。緊挨着樓還有工地在建，隔音很不好。
反饋了攜程，攜程客服很給力，非常耐心和高效反饋處理👍

酒店所在小鎮離湛江和濓江都不近，但靠近高速。路邊巨大的貨車忽忽急奔，塵土飛揚。就是在這麼一個地方，竟然鬧中取靜，深藏着文華酒店。鑒於這麼一個不起眼的小鎮，於是便有了好幾個沒想到：一是沒想到酒店十分漂亮乾淨，沒有任何異味兒。二是沒想到酒店的用品用具都非常高級，手紙厚實精美、洗髮水、沐浴露之外，還有護膚霜！被子枕頭乾淨整潔舒服。三是沒想到酒店能專門為我們一行4人做了午飯，而且，還特別特別特別好吃，白切雞、叉燒肉味道醇香可口！而菜薹，是廚師阿姨從自家地裏現採的，我們急着趕路，原來衹是隨口一問有無午飯，沒想到前台小哥哥小姐姐滿口答應！真的體驗太好了！感謝前台的幾位帥哥美女，感謝阿姨的美味午餐，有機會一定再來住

第一次入住這個酒店，想着出差應付一晚就得了，體驗還蠻不錯，晚上睡覺起來還有微光夜燈，被子整潔，廁所乾淨，設施俱全，而且房間還挺大的。ps：如果晚上餓了想吃東西可以到前台叫外賣😶

性價比挺高，便捷酒店能做到客房這麼寬敞真是不多，而且窗户是無遮擋對外的，空氣很清晰沒有異味，最重要的是有透明式的餐廳，乾淨衞生。

因為春節期間旁邊飯店都沒有開門，我們家裡人起的晚過了飯點和前台姐姐溝通一下讓我們在廚房做了一頓飯！很感恩！都很好説話！離吳川機場非常近！
