房間比想象中安靜，床墊不軟不硬，，本失眠人士居然秒睡。寵物友好，小寶也睡得很香。健身房在9樓，早上6點去空腹有氧哈哈…早餐叉燒麪巨香！就是份量小了點。凌晨5點的飛機，酒店安排了免費接送機，差點睡過，好險前台小妹電話提醒了。司機大哥很準時服務好點贊👍🏻

這次入住文華酒店，體驗簡直太棒了，必須給大家好好誇一誇！走進酒店，前台工作人員熱情洋溢，辦理入住手續的速度相當快。還貼心地給我介紹了酒店周邊的美食，讓我這個“吃貨”開心不已。
房間比我想象中還要好，乾淨整潔又温馨。床又軟又舒服。屋裡的設施一應俱全，使用起來特別方便。衞生間也打掃得一塵不染，沒有任何異味。
酒店的地理位置相當優越，交通十分便利。而且酒店提供的接送機服務，真的太貼心了，完全不用擔心來回機場的交通問題。
這次在文華酒店的住宿體驗近乎完美，以後有機會來這邊，我肯定還會選擇這家酒店！

每個住户住他家這個酒店，都要每一個角落每一樣物品都要認真檢查一遍，就像這個杯子本來就是有點瑕疵的，我們根本沒把這事放心上，然後退房後，前台打電話給我説打爛了杯子，你們留個心眼吧

性價比很低，非常不推薦。四季和文化都是一個老闆，明顯取名蹭大酒店品牌。酒店在很偏僻的村鎮裏，農民樓宅基地改建吧，設施就相當於一般城鎮酒店，電話機是壞的，要什麼要自己跑到前台，衹有一部很慢的小電梯，標註的親子套房衣架衹有四個，多要就送來這種鐵的。緊挨着樓還有工地在建，隔音很不好。
反饋了攜程，攜程客服很給力，非常耐心和高效反饋處理👍
