It's quite cheap, there's no elevator, no air conditioning, the room is quite large, but the soundproofing is not good. When I sleep at night, I can hear loud noises from the neighbors, and sometimes there are dogs barking outside.

What a rubbish place.
The front desk service was poor and the attitude was bad. The room was extremely unhygienic. There was nothing in the room, no mineral water, no disposable slippers. It looked quite good on the Internet, but it was terrible when I got to the room. There was no elevator, and there was melted ice and snow on the stairs. It was not handled in time. I almost slipped and fell.
