ดีมาก เจ้าของน่ารักมากและใจดีที่สุด ห้องราคาไม่แพง ไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ เพราะไม่อนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ในห้อง วิวสวย ดีงามมากๆ มีห้องอาหาร สามารถสั่งอาหารทานในที่พักได้เลย ไม่ต้องเดินไปหากินตามร้านอาหารอื่นๆ เพราะราคาถูกกว่าร้านอาหารข้างนอกมาก และอร่อยมากด้วย

去年到雪谷玩住在吉祥家園，老闆親自帶着玩，親自拍視頻，老開心了。今年繼續，必須住這兒。最讓人暖心的是，女兒着涼咳嗽，老闆娘馬上拿盒咳嗽葯給女兒，免費！有人定四間房結果住了五間，我們到後沒房了。老闆娘看我們帶着小孩，就和剛住下的兩位女孩商量，給她們安排到另一家酒店，居然免了當晚房費。第二天到狗熊嶺玩，老闆娘看我的褲子可能會粘雪，主動拿條嶄新的滑雪褲借我穿。點點滴滴，充分展示出老闆一家人的善良温暖熱情！院子裏有小朋友玩的滑道和鞦韆，小朋友玩的可開心了，還能免費無限次潑水成冰。房間乾淨整潔，服務周到，熱水充足，飯菜可口，關鍵價格還很實惠。無論去哪個景點，還有走的時候，老闆都給安排車輛並買好票，車接車送到景點。非常滿意，全五星。

老闆娘和她的姐們們負責飲食起居，老闆負責陪同客人們上山以及拍照片，服務態度微笑親切，對客人的不解提問也很耐心，十分滿意。房間挺乾淨的，熱水基本充足（若是電熱水器的房間要省點用）。菜品方面，價格是哈爾濱市區的1.5-2倍，口味上不上下，比較簡單，但説説回來，來這裏更多是賞雪，而非吃東西。整體消費比雪鄉可便宜太多太多了。
