I chose the hotel because of the location. It was perfect for me. The rest didn't look so well anymore. I got hit after the first hot weekend. Outdoor 30 degrees on plus. The air conditioning worked, but the windows out to the BP station were very sunny. You can still put the crates in, but it would be better to just air the room. Unfortunately the windows are permanently closed .The double room per person is OK , but at the two will be tight . Bathroom without charge and even on plus . Breakfast [ still brought to the room ] very average . ”Artificial” raisins and bad cheeses . For the heat to choose a steam or egg . I chose this second , but the room was reported to the room was at most summer . For this large selection of sweet cookies [ very bad ]. it is some kind of attraction , but I didn't even have time to use it . Clean and proper service , but I wouldn't go back to this place .

When I checked in, I showed my passport as usual and when it was returned to me, I was very surprised to hear ”Thank you!”. She seems to be studying Japanese, so she explained the hotel to us in Japanese. I was very moved to have this experience in Wrocław, a city that is not very familiar to Japanese people. Of course, the rooms and meals are more beautiful and luxurious than the price, and are highly rated! I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Wrocław!

Hotel is in a perfect location , close to lots of restaurants, bars abd attractions. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and rooms spotlessly clean. One thing that marks hotel down is breakfast which is poor. Coffee cold, only choice of tea on our 2nd and third days was fruit or green. We did ask if there was any English breakfast tea or Earl Grey as there had been on the first day but was advised no. Strange seeing as it had been available on the first day abd in the rooms. We bought Earl Grey down from the rooms on the 3rd day . Buffet very limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Poland and not hot. Such a shame as breakfast does not match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Would really recommend this hotel. Centrally located and easy to get to and from. Friendly staff and the Scandic chain's by far best breakfast buffet made from local ingredients and with real bacon. Next visit here will be at Wroclaw's Christmas market. Thank you!

The hotel was built in 1877, opposite the railway station, very nice. Convenient

Just returned from a long weekend in Wroclaw, staying 3 nights in the HP Park Plaza. We were really happy with our choice, the hotel is clean and modern with super friendly staff. We had breakfast at the hotel and the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet was impressive so would recommend using this facility. The hotel it's self is a pleasant short walk into the old town where most of the bars and restaurants are concentrated. We've been on a few city breaks to east european city's now and Wroclaw and the HP Park Plaza are as good as anywhere we've been, Lots to see and the prices are still favourable compared to the UK. Give it a try , doubt you'll be disappointed.

We booked three rooms here through a booking site on a no refund, no change deal. It was excellent value for money. Then, one of the group wanted to change the date. We dealt directly with the hotel and it was no problem at all. Rooms were warm, comfortable and quiet. Check in efficient and friendly. We didn't have breakfast. Parking is about 300m away. For the price, this is an excellent place to stay. I would definitely choose it again.
