Actually it is my favourite hotel in Wrocław ever since my first stay there. The rooms are well organized and clean. You have all what is needed. The exceptional is breakfast - wide variety of fresh, tasty products better then the 5stars hotel could ever offer. Very convenient parking lot and the staff always smiling and eager to help you. My best customer experience in Wroclaw!

In June 2023, we had the pleasure of organizing our intimate wedding reception at Hotel Śląsk, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our choice! From the very beginning, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day – the beautiful decor, impeccable cleanliness, and unique atmosphere created a festive and elegant ambiance for both us and our guests. Both the restaurant and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The food was simply delicious – each dish impressed with its flavor and presentation. The service was outstanding – professional, polite, and always ready to assist. Everything was done with grace and punctuality, which was incredibly important to us. However, the biggest thanks go to Mr. Wojciech, who oversaw the preparations for our wedding from the very start. His dedication, experience, and attention to every little detail allowed us to enjoy our day without stress. Mr. Wojciech reminded us of all the important aspects, offered valuable advice, and on the day of the event, managed everything flawlessly. We felt well taken care of and supported, which was priceless during such a significant moment. If we had to choose the venue for our wedding all over again, without a moment’s hesitation, we would pick Hotel Śląsk again. It’s a place where we felt truly special, and the entire event was executed to perfection. We are deeply grateful to the whole team!

Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine sehr heruntergekommene Straße. Das Hotel hat einen großen Parkplatz. Es ist offenbar schon älter, jedoch renoviert. Unser Familienzimmer hatte ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Tisch und Küchenzeile, das auf den Fotos im Internet nicht gezeigte Schlafzimmer war klein. Das nur ca. 1,40 m Breite Doppelbett stand auf einer Seite direkt an der Wand, daneben ein Schreibtisch, sodass für die an der Wandseite schlafende Person keine Ausstiegsmöglichkeit verblieb. Frühstück war dafür sehr in Ordnung.

Hotel Śląsk to doskonałe miejsce na organizację wesela. Świetna obsługa, eleganckie wnętrza i perfekcyjne przygotowane sale sprawiły, że nasze wesele było niezwykle udane. Pokoje dla gości były komfortowe, a jedzenie było wyśmienite. Gorąco polecam!

Hotel ist modern mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Verpflegung hat gute Qualität. Die Portionen sind schmackhaft und ausreichend. Das Personal in der Gastronomie ist freundlich und Zuvorkommend. Leider kann man das vom Service nicht zu sagen. Eine Bitte nach einem zweiten Kopfkissen wurde abgelehnt.

un hotel un peu perdu dans une zone d'habitation. Un parking privé que l'on vous fait payer malgré le fait que vous soyez client . Des chambres propres, clairs. Un personnel qui manque un peu d'humour mais cela est excusable puisque le français n'est pas compris. Pour le reste bon restaurant, agréable endroit tout de même
