In the Sky - Apartamenty w Sky Tower

Tragic stuff, lots of errores (jacuzzi doesn't worki, windows can't close etc), extra payment (a list) , problems with fire installation, hydro-installation... In the end Skytower doesn't want give me money back (I have a screenshot of mails in which one hotel agree that It was lots of problems from the hotel side but... This isn't important for Boss... Don't care!)

Be careful! Illegal drone operations!! The company has been known for a year and is deliberately not mentioned! The negative rating applies to the rental company MOON SUITE 29/9!! There isn't much to say about the room, except that it is right next to the elevator machine room and can be quite noisy due to the elevators. But I can write something about the unfriendly and arrogant staff and the problems we had. We were there on Saturday, March 23. In the moon suite in the jacuzzi and we enjoyed the view. Until around 10 p.m., when we suddenly noticed that a drone was filming us and we couldn't get out of the water for 20 minutes. After this embarrassing situation, we managed to get out of the water and completely lowered the shutters so that we couldn't enjoy the view at all. The next day, we and the other injured players faced the team. She could only laugh dirty and sometimes ignored us, we had to raise our voices. However, this company was not interested at all. And from the conversation with the porter at the reception, it turns out that the problem has been known for over a year. We booked the room just for the bathtub and the view. I couldn't enjoy anything. No refund or anything like that. The company should be ashamed of itself. There is no evidence of such illegal drone activity. No notice in the room, no notice on the website. It is simply absolutely contrary to human dignity and absolutely impossible. We are dealing with a deliberate violation of privacy!! Over 1 year! how many victims there will be! You just have to see where the Drona will land again! audacity!! Never again

ur stay at sky tower was disappointing. The check-in was quick however no instructions were given on how to manage the systems control panel placed in the apartment. The flat wasn’t in the best condition. Paying this amount of money you expect some kind of luxury ... the only thing that we couldn’t complain about was the view and size of the apartment, the rest ... everything was broken, used or not working! Shower not working, dirty seals. Bulbs across all apartments were missing or not working !!! The coffee machine not working! No slippers as promised. Unable to open the window. The cooker didn’t work. We had to call someone to come and fix it. I can keep going but the big disappointment was that we got the wrong apartment. Not the one we booked through the website! Customers service ... the worst I came across ever. They ignored us completely. I asked to move the apartment and I was told someone will contact me. Apparently, they were fully booked and obviously no one call me back as they promised! I have also sent an email directly but again no one replied. Really poor Customer service which makes the whole experience disappointing.

I booked the pent house apartment at this hotel, though my flight will arrive later than expected. I contacted the hotel to arrange a taxi, though was told that check in closes at 9pm and I will not be able to stay. I asked if there is anything they can do for me. I would assume, as with every apart hotel I've ever stayed in (and something priced then 5 star hotels) there would be a 24 hour reception in the event a guest has an issue etc and at the least there must be someone in the night for emergencies, I was even prepared to pay extra for someone to stay late. They simply said they couldn't do anything and I would not be able to get a refund (something worth noting that it isn't anywhere on the platform I booked that they close check in at 9pm and when I mentioned this on the phone I was told it is in the fine print that I should have read. When I asked what would happen if a family with small children are on a delayed flight and didn't have the money or knowledge to find another hotel at last minute late at night, I was sworn at and hung up on. This hotel has intentionally deceived guests on their booking platforms and have no procedures to support guests with unexpected delays. Luckily I called from a work phone where all calls are recorded, something I intend to share with management. Stay well away from this place.

Now don’t get me wrong the rooms are beautiful, the view is good, we paid a lot of money for a deluxe room £450, and I would expect it to be perfect for that price, but right now I’m sat here going out of my mind with the constant drilling next door!! It started early yesterday and didn’t finish untill around 1800, today it started at 0815, and it’s still going now at 10.29, I’ve called reception and they just ignore the phones, the reception is far away so this is not ideal, they’re taking ages to respond to email, we also had to move room before for another reason, when we raised the issue we were laughed at, honestly I just think it’s very expensive we should not be having the problems we are having, no food included, staff don’t care and security are rude they just stare as you walk past, think the quote is ‘too many cooks’ there’s just too many different ‘hotel rentals’ and they’re clearly not speaking, Has great potential but is the building ever going to be finished to guests can enjoy there stay not listen to drilling, hammering and banging all day!! They also need curtains, it’s far too high up to not have these installed!
