Excellent hostel. As I wasn’t able to check in before 10pm they sent me clear instructions how to access my room by codes. Right on the main square yet very quiet

Arrived at hostel but was unable to access the hostel Tried to contact staff but went straight to message bank and never returned my multiple calls. Ended up booking elsewhere for the night then managed to access the next day. While location is excellent and the place was clean there were no cutlery or crockery to speak of. When I finally managed to track down staff after 3 days they initially denied I had tried to contact them regarding access then promised to refund my moneyThey have not returned my money I contacted *********** but they were useless as well. My advise Find somewhere else

Location is excellent, right in the heart of the city , walking distance to train station , Hostel is extremely clean , room was nice . Kitchen is well equipped. Staff is very nice and helpful . Systém with codes to enter building and room work very nice

The hostel smells of sewage, poor kitchen equipment, no kitchen knife, but no fridge, no iron, poor women's toilets, no toilet paper. When you open the window, it smells like garbage and pubs. They are based only on location, rude and unhelpful staff. The night of the party and no one responds.
