Great location and no frills. Only downside is the bed seems to sink a little in the middle and that the pillows are very shallow. However, no complaints given the price.

Hotel located in a great place. Very close to the market, Ostrów Tumski, very good public transport connection, peace and quiet, Hotel service very nice young people, helpful, polite. Cleaning ladies do a very good job, you can't complain!! Very comfortable bed, high quality mattress, clean bathroom, towels changed daily,. High quality hotel worth recommending!!

Bad experience! NO blackout curtains in the first room! NO air conditioning in the secon room ( it didn't work!!!)! NO attention and care for the customer!!!! NO response to our complaint! TO AVOID!

My husband booked this hotel but not knowing there are two hotels in Wrocław with us name! We walked from the bus stop to the hotel Campanile Centrum thinking it was were we had booked a room for one night. On arrival discovered that we were booked into the same name hotel but on the other side of the old town!!! After a long day of travel we decided to stay at the Centrum hotel and my husband got a refund for the other booking. Very pleased with the service and polite way the receptionist handled our mistake! Thank you and we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes away on foot from the old town which was very convenient. The room was warm and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. For the category of this hotel the price for the room was great and quite satisfied with the overall stay.

The hotel is very good. Pleasant service and quick reactions if something is wrong. The room was clean. The bedding was also clean and neatly placed on the beds. On the table were two free bottles of water and cups of tea. In the bathroom there were several towels, two rolls of toilet paper and soap. I think that the hotel is not the most expensive and is very good, and also has a good location, because you can get everywhere from it.

We were there for a long weekend. The hotel is located in the very center of the old town, so the location itself is a huge plus. The rooms are quite large, the beds are comfortable, we had the opportunity to eat breakfast, which was also very tasty, and there was a really large selection. Very efficient and professional reception, despite the crowds, issuing the key took a while. I consider the entire stay a success
