The elevator was broken and nobody repair it. My stay is in the 4th floor which means I moved my luggage from underground to the top floor then move back . It was a big trouble. I checked with the receptionist and received “ sorry” only but without any solution. During stay, all of guest can only use the stairs with big luggage. So did me. And the receptionist didn’t know when the elevator can be recovered. If I knew the elevator broken, I wouldn’t chose this apartment. A terrible stay !

The room was spacious and clean, which was nice. There was a washing machine, but it was a little disappointing that there was no clothes drying rack.

The location is okay, but there's no hairdryer in the room; you have to pick one up at the front desk. The hairdryer is small, like a child's size, and only has a warm setting. The lack of air conditioning in the summer makes the air a bit stuffy after a shower. Another downside is that you have to wait until 3:00 PM for your room, and checkout is at 11:00 AM, which isn't a full day, but at these prices on a weekend... next time I'll choose the Ibis next door, at least it has air conditioning and a hairdryer.

The room was clean and spacious, located in an apartment building, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes walk from the Old Town Square. It should be noted that this is a duplex house, and the other bedroom is upstairs.

The premises are a bit worn out, the armchairs are dirty, e.g. a jacket from the previous tenants in the wardrobe, the street side is very noisy, the sofa in the living room is very crumpled, no TV remote control.
