Hotel Jazz Market Square Wroclaw

We recently spent a peaceful 3 nights at The Jazz and it proved to be the perfect location. Close to the river but just a short stroll from all the life of the old town it was a quiet retreat after a busy day exploring this fabulous city. The room was spacious, modern and well fitted out. Everything you could ask for except a decent chair to sit at the desk area. Tea bags appeared to be in short supply but this was a minor point as the staff always managed to assist us. The shower room was spotless and modern with body wash and soap and ample towels. We didn't use the restaurant as the breakfast seemed a little expensive and had to be booked in advance and paid for by card. If and when we return to Wroclaw we would certainly stay at The Jazz again.

Please avoid this hotel There is tram line which makes noises every 1 min; no hot water; TV does not work. Reception staff in 01/07/2025 in the evening just busy playing with her mobile phone and not pleasant at all. Next in the morning there is a good man.

Thank You Hotel Jazz for such a lovely stay. Room was clean and in an excellent location with a 24 hour reception which was always staffed with friendly people. Thank You for not cancelling bookings to make more money as there was an event on in the Ciy which sadly other hotels in Wroclaw did to my friends. Would love to return to your hotel soon

Great Location near to the main square. 24 Hour Reception. Large room with excellent shower facilities

Near the centre,easy to walk to square,shops, bars, restaurants. It was a big room, clean but the bed mattress and pillows were not comfortable, I did not sleep comfortable, when you lying in bed the mattress was sinked me in and made me have a bad back. I stayed in dubble room , it was good price and parking available near by 5 mins walk with cost around €10 ( with hotel discount) and € 30 deposit for key card for the car park.
