When I checked in, I showed my passport as usual and when it was returned to me, I was very surprised to hear ”Thank you!”. She seems to be studying Japanese, so she explained the hotel to us in Japanese. I was very moved to have this experience in Wrocław, a city that is not very familiar to Japanese people. Of course, the rooms and meals are more beautiful and luxurious than the price, and are highly rated! I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Wrocław!

We stayed in this hotel 7 nights because of an unexpected situation. We were with a 11-year-old boy, so we took a quite large triple (a double bed and a chair/bed - well known with very dirty arms - of a square and a half open). The materasso in the marriage was very comfortable, but the open bed was almost on the ground, the floor was covered with a moquette, so it was not the best to let the boy sleep so close to it. Some of the bed linens were changed during the stay but the size of the underside bed was not suitable for the size of the mattress and then moved on. The bathroom was changed on request and was clean, and in the room we had always a bottle of water and a boiler with the supplies of tea, coffee and sugar. Now the negative notes: The TV telecommand was not working, the shower box (right) was out of the track, and thus falls if you were not careful. I reported three days later that the lamp and the pickup were not working and despite this, nothing was done, I gave up and we turned off the lamp by switching off the lamp :-(. The worst thing was that after three days of stay, we found behind the tent a couple of dirty shirts... Of course not ours ... so I can't get up how the daily cleaning was done ... The hotel is located outside the centre but on a highly connected main road with the whole city through public means.

Hotel is in a perfect location , close to lots of restaurants, bars abd attractions. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and rooms spotlessly clean. One thing that marks hotel down is breakfast which is poor. Coffee cold, only choice of tea on our 2nd and third days was fruit or green. We did ask if there was any English breakfast tea or Earl Grey as there had been on the first day but was advised no. Strange seeing as it had been available on the first day abd in the rooms. We bought Earl Grey down from the rooms on the 3rd day . Buffet very limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Poland and not hot. Such a shame as breakfast does not match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

I am a frequent guest, extremely friendly and helpful service especially reception. Young people, always smiley. I sincerely thank Mrs. Kasi for solving my problem and not having to! No gorgeous but comfortable, quiet and clean. I recommend the atmosphere. The hotel is extremely friendly.

We booked three rooms here through a booking site on a no refund, no change deal. It was excellent value for money. Then, one of the group wanted to change the date. We dealt directly with the hotel and it was no problem at all. Rooms were warm, comfortable and quiet. Check in efficient and friendly. We didn't have breakfast. Parking is about 300m away. For the price, this is an excellent place to stay. I would definitely choose it again.
