The faucet in the bathroom leaked in the evening. trip company promised to give us a 50% refund, but the hotel only returned 56.5 dollars. The final result is only 56.5$

The staff were very congenial. The view was great. The layout of the hotel is poor. Accessibility to the rooms was extremely poor. Handicap Accessibility poor. No Accessibility on our floor to ice machine on our, it was out of order. We had to go back down to the front desk to get ice from our room location quite a ways to the elevator to the 1st floor. No easy Accessibility to the elevator off the parking garage uless you parked on the ground fmoor ane went through the lobby, otherwise you still had steps you had to up up or down to get to the elevator.

The hotel and staff was great. Computer went down during check in but the staff handled it great and finished the check in process manually and did a quick job of it.

Beautiful as always. Great room...only problem was restaurant was closed all day every day we were here. There was no indication of this before we came...other than that, wonderful!

Although we had issues at check-in, management did all they could do to make things right. The room we booked was as described. The shower had water pressure issues and the water was only lukewarm. Management sent someone right away to try to fix the issues. The water temperature improved, but, unfortunately, the pressure in the shower remained the same. That being said, we enjoyed our getaway.

This Hotel was amazing! Very clean, extremely friendly staff. It is a perfect place for a getaway. I went solo for the weekend and I will absolutely come back!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with well well-designed layout. The views were lovely. It was wintertime, so the restaurant was closed. However, there were plenty of guests around, and coffee/tea would be a nice creature comfort to offer at all times. The coffee that they did offer in the morning was a small carafe hidden away in a hallway.

The apartment style and beach view was great! Garage parking was also a nice perk. Wrightville Beach seems very peaceful and everything was great until it was time to check out.
We ended up being charged twice...once when we pre-paid and even more under a new reservation. The unnecessary and more expensive charge was refunded, but the environmental and parking fees were paid both times and this couldn't be refunded (thankfully only $24) but no less annoying. Plus we still have to wait a couple days to be refunded $291 + $100 for incidentals.
Though frustrating because there was no need for the new booking, look at the beautiful sunrise.
