The toilet in our room was not clean when we checked in. Staff offered us to move rooms. I cleaned the room so we didn’t have to move to a different room.

The pool has way too many chemicals in it. Burned my eyes just walking in there for 10 seconds but burned my kids eyes and they’ve been coughing all day. Test the water!!! Drain a bunch and dilute it!!!

Not staffed to clean rooms on weekends.. had to take out my own garbage get my own towels toilet paper and kleenex

Didnt have outdoor bbq area, otherwise great. Good staff for bbal tournament chaos. Walking to pizza, grocery and coffee.

This hotel had the best staff...so friendly and helpful. They went well above and beyond as to what i would want and what you get now a days. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again!
