We stayed in a standard room facing the adjoining pub restaurant on the first floor. Good availability of parking. Hotel room very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by an awful nights sleep for two reasons. The first was caused by two guests who decided it was a good idea to stand outside the hotel in front of a large number of rooms to have a smoke and a very loud chat at 11pm, again at midnight and again after 1am. We had to close our window, but they were so loud we could still hear them through the glass. My husband had to get out of bed and go down to reception to complain/make them aware of the disturbance. Premier Inn's usual rough itchy, scratchy bedding and the thick Winter duvet didn't help. The only hotel brand I've stayed in which has awful cheap bedding, not usual hotel quality. Premier Inn Good Night Guarantee-epic fail

Although basic, the room was really clean. The bed was super comfortable. Nice warm shower and plenty of towels. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order with every food option you could want. Excellent location straight off the A483 for easy arriving and departing. Highly recommended.

Paid £50 for a room in this hotel - excellent value considering the size of the room, big double bed, nice TV on the wall, and nice bathroom and hanging up areas. Hotel itself very basic as you’d expect for the price but very happy with the value and will be back when I’m next in the area.

Used an 'acessible' room. Bathroom was ok but no hot water in washbasin. Bed was not the King Size they advertised but at least there was an arm chair. Wardrobe was pokey and and difficult to use. Meal in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was mediocre and not value for money. Overall the stay reflects the lower standards we now expect from. Premier Inn.

We stayed at your hotel on Friday 31st January. We had a lovely nights stay, this was our first night staying out with our 2 week old newborn baby. Everything went smoothly at check in and through the night, however, at breakfast time we were very disappointed. I’d booked 2 of the £10.99 cooked breakfasts. Upon arrival at the restaurant we were sat down by a member of staff and left to our own devices. 10 minutes had passed and no one had been back over to our table, so as we were unsure of the breakfast system I went to ask the member of staff at the bar if we were to order our food at the bar. I actually interrupted the staff member while he was eating his own breakfast at the side of the bar. He assured me someone would come over to take our order from the table. Another 15 minutes passed and no one had taken our order, at this point we were becoming anxious as we had an important appointment to make. We had allowed plenty of time to make our appointment but with the very slow service at breakfast, we ended up being late to the appointment. We took it upon ourselves to go to the bar and make our order as we were now on a tight schedule. Another member of staff began cleaning tables near us for 5 minutes and then came over with a note pad to take our order, after us waiting for half an hour at this point. We told her we had already took it upon ourselves to order at the bar. Once breakfast arrived, we had to rush it down us, hardly enjoying the food and leaving half of our order as we did not have the time to finish. I wish this had’ve been a relaxed and enjoyable breakfast time, however it really was not, and definitely felt like a waste of our money!

Have stayed in many premier inns and have stayed in this inn previously too. My previous stay was outstanding in all aspects and by far the best of all the inns I have stayed in. I have just finished having a cooked breakfast here again today, having stayed overnight last night. Yet again the team have done a cracking job. Everyone was very friendly, room was clean and cosy and the food this morning was really impressive. Well done to all, will definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely evening meal and fabulous cooked breakfast with excellent service every time. The meal deal offer including evening meal and breakfast is a very reasonable price. Been to this hotel several times and it is always very good.
