喜歡這個酒店，Spa就是免費的泡澡，原來還以為是按摩搞錯了，也是可以預訂按摩的，但是要另外加收費用，哈哈環境不錯

Had a really lovely Spa afternoon with my mum here. The facilties had a great variety and were fantastic and the staff were so good. I also had the most amazing massage from Isabella. She was knowledgeable, professional, and it was a good firm massage, which is so what I needed. I can say that at the age of 51, it was one of the best massages I've ever had! Thanks to everyone there. It was a lovely day, which is what I really needed at that time in my life. Hope to book again soon xx

Had our usual annual stay at the spa hotel , as a group of. 5 we look forward to this trip every year . Rooms great , food ok . Unfortunately my beautiful swimming costume totally ruined by the spa pools at the hotel . Apparently the chemicals were of the required levels , but that’s difficult to believe when you look at the state of my swimming costume Beware , of what you wear to the pools , I would wear a knackered old costume which you’re happy to throw away .

Booked a spa break the spa was lovely and the massage was amazing literally one of the best I had had. Wow the food isnt the best at all. £42 for a steak and i will attach a photo. The menu for lunch isnt really that good either.most of the spa was out of order or turned of to so dont rush there if your thinking about it was a bit of let down compared to when ive been before

An outstanding hotel in every sense. The staff in reception, the spa, bar, and restaurant were absolutely wonderful so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They’re an absolute credit to the hotel. Our penthouse suite was flawless, and the spa was simply out of this world. Dinner was exceptional truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, all set against beautiful grounds. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. Faultless from start to finish.

Great spa and lunch . The food was excellent. But the icing on the cake was the massage . I’ve had massages all over the world but this one by the young lady called Chantelle was superb . You can tell she has been taught well . I will be back. Definitely

My wife and I have been here numerous times and we’re always hugely impressed by the high standards here. The whole vibe of the hotel is very uplifting, with its beautiful rural setting, exemplary staff, and incredible styling and design. It’s a true sanctuary, a happy place to keep going back to. Staff are warm, friendly and efficient. The Spa features are many and varied, well maintained, and always a highlight of our stays at the hotel. Mealtimes are always a highlight too. The food was very tasty and of an obvious high quality, in keeping with the high standards of the hotel. Personal thanks to our amazing evening waiter Miles who we had a lovely conversation with at the table. Bar staff were superbly helpful and friendly as well. Breakfast waiting staff were bright and very pleasant. I’m delighted to be posting such a complimentary review, as The Spa Hotel is an exceptional place in all aspects. We’ll definitely be back.

Our first visit to this wonderful hotel and spa. From the point of arrival all staff were superb and extremely professional and always on hand to assist with anything. The spa experience was absolutely fantastic the best I’ve had in years. The Orangery restaurant was again very good the food quality and service excellent for both evening dinner and also breakfast. We can’t wait to return.

We booked an overnight spa break with dinner allowance and breakfast. The experience was really made special by the staff - all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable with Elemis toiletries and the spa was clean and well managed. The food in the orangery was absolutely fantastic. There are good tea and coffee making facilities in the room but it’s wise to check the milk in the room as ours was past its date, this was very promptly resolved with a quick call to reception however. Some minor points of improvement would be signposting in the spa for newcomers and if a room is for two there should be two robes provided in the bedroom; perhaps also advise customers that they can use those robes to change in their room then come to the spa as we were told after we had entered the spa. We will definitely be back however as it was such a lovely stay.
