I am puzzled as to why so many people have rated this hotel with 5, in reality it is never a 5 but rather a 2. The best thing about this hotel is the parking, there is plenty. When I arrived I asked the staff to please close the window, as I could not, but they couldn't either. So the window stayed open all during my stay. There are much better hotels in Guoyang.

Hygiene needs to be improved. After a night of mosquito bites, I really couldn’t rest. There were hairs under the bed and food scraps thrown by guests. It’s hard to describe.

There was a musty smell in the hotel, the shampoo and shower equipment used by the previous guest were not taken away, and the phone did not work.

Facilities: simple
Service: Not good. There weren’t even disposable slippers in the room. I called to tell them that they had them. The service staff didn’t even look at them and just turned around and left.
