Last minute solution to staying over, not that much more than I taxi to thdd ed other side of Sheffield Tony & his wife were great, it was clean warm & comfy and the breakfast was great, I would recommend. Best to ring and ask for availability and rates over the phone. Thanks

An idyllic cottage in a quiet village. I stayed in a beautiful ensuite room which was spotless. Large, comfy bed; tea/ coffee facilities. Good choice of breakfast; wonderful hosts who couldn't do enough for you! Would definitely recommend.

Had a very enjoyable relaxing stay here. The host was extremely welcoming. Room was spacious with a lovely big & comfy bed. Nice area for walking. Breakfast was very tasty with a good choice. Will definitely stay here again when in the area ..

Great guest house in a beautiful location. Owners very friendly and helpful. Room had everything required, bed was very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Lovely breakfast. This was my first visit but I will definitely return!

Great place to stay lovely friendly people excellent breakfast nothing to much trouble, very comfortable bed. Loved it. You must try a meal at the pub need to book in advance really fantastic meal and great value for money, friendly atmosphere.

Wortley Cottage Guest House is a delightful stay. It feels so clean. When you lay your head on the pillow it smells fresh and clean. I so dislike it, when I can smell dead skin on the linen. The Shower is also clean and powerful enough. The couple who manage the property are friendly and very professional, keen to make your stay enjoyable. The surrounding countryside is also beautiful. A space of natural beauty. Breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed having tea from a teapot. Breakfast is had at the dining table, and brought to you. I enjoyed the variety that was available. Definitely value for money. This was my second stay and I would happily return, if the opportunity arises.

A great nights sleep in a comfortable good sized bed. Large, well furnished clean room, in a lovely old cottage. Excellent choices of breakfast with friendly efficient service. Plenty of parking close by in a quiet area. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great stay, fantastic breakfast, made very welcome. Would definitely recommend. We were at a party at Wortley Hall which was very busy so it was nice to get away to somewhere quiet. Very friendly hard working couple who also run the village shop and post office and deserve all the support from visitors to the area. Wortley Hall is also worth a visit with amazing views.
