Worthing Seafront

Stayed at the premier inn for 3 nights very good service very happy with everything! Good staff, looks good on inside, rooms are amazing, beds are comfortable

We arrived late (2330) and had some issues with the automated system. There was a member of staff floating around, but we weren’t asked if we needed assistance. A moment later, a couple (white British) came to the automated check in next to us, to which the staff member immediately offered assistance to. (We are British Asian) I found this quite uncomfortable. We managed to checkin by ourselves. Upon finally navigating to our room (219) there was a strong detergent type smell in the room and there wasn’t any additional bedding (I was sharing room with my daughter) I attempted to call down to reception 4 times to no avail. Eventually giving up and sleeping with my jacket for my duvet. The room was spacious and both the room and bathroom were clean. I have stayed in many Premier Inns previously, this one is clearly below standard. Particularly in the costumer service area.

Great hotel with a f=great location and a car park. Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice view of the ocean from our room. Helpful and welcoming staff.

If you like your breakfast with little or no fat from eggs to mushrooms through to bacon and toast then this is where you should eat. together with service that can only be described as excellent and served by staff who are happy to be there for you.

The room was amazing with the view of the Seafront. Shaun and his team were second to none, Christine, Grace Michael and Shaun made our stay very welcoming. Christine in the Kitchen, Breakfast was delicious and she always had a lovely smile. Grace, was so helpful and always around to help with any questions. What a little Star she is. Michael and Shaun, brilliant. All of you made our stay at Worthing, just perfect.

Excellent cooked breakfast as always by Christine, with a great location and easy parking, free between 6pm and 9 am. And as usual the rooms are comfortable and clean. Along with Christine. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I always look to book this one when the price is fair

Me and my daughter had a great stay at the weekend. The location of the hotel is perfect. My daughter loved being across from the sea and a nice walk to the pier . The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was fab too. I was able to park too which was an added bonus

Nice stay here lovely sea view large room would have liked a bath mat but no one answered the phone ,very comfortable stay ,but a bit impersonal
