We stayed 2 nights at Worthing and we got room 401 from a very friendly and helpful staff member. What a beautiful room with a stunning view over the sea. Spacious room that was very clean and ditto bathroom. Breakfast was good. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Christine’s all-inclusive breakfast was superb! The premium room was well appointed and a good size with wonderful views of the sea shore. The room temperature was exactly right and the comfortable bed lent itself to a good nights sleep. The underground car park was conveniently located beneath the hotel.

First thing you notice is the number of out of order signs around our room was fine if a little tired not even so much as a plastic glass to have a drink of water in the room breakfast was a significant disappointment. I asked for poached eggs they were boiled to the point where all the white fallen off and there was just a yolk. The person cooking breakfast seem to be under a great deal of pressure no hash brown available so not quite the experience advertised you do need the car parking here we arrived about 8 pm and there wasn’t any spaces anywhere near used the underground car park which cost £20 for an overnight This could be a major problem if the car park is full. We’ll probably look for somewhere else if we came back here.

Lovely location with very friendly and accommodating staff. Our son has a dairy allergy and the staff were brilliant in ensuring that he was safe. Rooms are spacious and clean, with tea and coffee available. Christine really brightened up our mornings when serving breakfast! Thank you.

Very friendly hotel, all staff I came into contact with were helpful and willing to help point me in right direction. Hotel was clean and practical for what I need nice breakfast everyday some day order taken at table some day buffet both was nice

Worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. I was locked out of my room countless times. Front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. I noticed that other hotels close by had lots of guests compared to Premier Inn. Keith is a shame on the name Premier Inn. He is not worthy of the uniform

Paid for the meal Deal, but hardly anything was available. We were told the chef hadn't ordered what was required to fulfil the menu. We were the first guests to sit for Dinner at 5 pm! The poached eggs for breakfast with hard and everything else was burnt. Apart from the toast which we cooked. Normally, I would not complain, however it's not the first time this has happened at this hotel.

Good family sized room Good family friendly breakfast - although offering could be a bit fresher and more quality 2 check-in monitors were broken at reception - but staff are very friendly, polite and helpful Outside smokers area was disgusting with litter and cigarette butts Room has no windows that opened - stale smell is not pleasant. A/C barely helps.
