Basic and no frills hotel in a prime location on Worthing seafront. I chose as it’s great value and the location could not be better. The place really could do with a refurb, that said, the staff are just fantastic. Such a warm welcome and everyone I encountered is so happy, helpful and engaging. So lovely, especially when travelling alone. Great budget stay and the people made all the difference.

No hot water. Building works are being undertaken and I would not have stayed if I knew before.

The picture on the website is not representative of reality I. March 2025. The outside is tatty. Cracks, flanking paint, discolouration, faded signs it is the worst looking building on the seafront. The picture of the bedroom is generic as the windows are different. The bed was really old ams the bed was really ceaky. The tiling in the bathroom is not neat so will have looked poor from the start but the grout now has black mould in places, the mirrors in the bathroo. Is deteriorating. The communal areas of the hotel were in good condition.

Was here for work.purposes.for.two. two nights and got given a room overlooking the sea. The windows could do with a bit of cleaning but it was a particularly welcome and unexpected treat to be staring at.the water and reminded.me of Karachi in a sad nostalgic way as I miss my home city. Sam of the housekeeping team was lovely and kind and topped up the room with a smile.She seemed like a genuinely happy and warm person and you just don't enough of that these days. Good place to stay. Ask for a seafront view and let's all get them to give Sam a well deserved raise in pay. Thank you, Sam, for helping to make my stay pleasant and comfortable

Offer prices good if booked ahead, but silly to pay full price as a walk in on busy weekends.TL excepts dogs in all the rooms and staff are the best so no complaints.Upgraded rooms better than originals (with lots having mould and sealant issues.)Outside tatty but still go repeatedly as perfect location and enjoy the Seafront.

Stayed one night and it was acceptable but I would most probably choose a Premier Inn next time. Poor water pressure, very basic room with no aircon (it was a hot day), reception staff not overly friendly. Whilst the bathroom was large, there was only one small towel rail.
