Travelodge Worcester

My friend and I needed a room at very short notice yesterday as a hotel booking had been messed up elsewhere . Kate, and Chelsey , and Caroline this morning too, could not have been more efficient and helpful and I had a great night's sleep too. Thanks for all your unflustered help! You saved my weekend and are lovely people!

Clean room comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. The staff could not of been more friendly and so very helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. Breakfast well worth the money. Will definitely be going back. Loads to see and do in Worcester.

Recently stayed for two nights while visiting our family in Worcester. Really good location, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We thought the signage outside directing us to reception could be better, but once inside we were made to feel very welcome and check in was quick and easy. We had parked in a multi storey just around the corner at a charge of £12 per 24hrs. Our room was bright and clean but found the bed wasn't as comfortable as in similar hotels. Bathroom was ok, basic shower but had plenty hot water and a good pressure and enough towels. The room had a kettle with tea, coffee and milk provided. Breakfast was a standard ok buffet with full English, various cereals, croissants, toast, tea, coffee, fruit and fruit juices. All in all we were happy with our stay and would use Travellodge again on our next trip to Worcester. All staff members we encountered were pleasant, cheerful and always happy to advise on any local based questions we had. Lynne, Hayley and Debbie deserve a mention. Thank you girls. Your hard work and pleasant attitude was much appreciated and didn't go unnoticed.

Stayed 5 nights and apart from some generally low-key noise around midnight from nearby bars (unavoidable in such a central location) it was a perfect stay. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. with a fantastic view. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

Very good customer service well polite manners with this morning resolved our issues with Assistant Manager Michelle really helpful and appreciated staff that resolved all issues without Thank you very much really appreciated everyone’s help from this Travelodge. Thank you

Stayed here for two weeks while on a course in Worcester. The hotel was well located with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance close by. The room was clean and better than expected. The staff were great, super friendly and helpful.

Thank you to all the staff for making us feel welcome. There have staff that have experience with autism/ disability. This made a huge difference to our staff. Bravo for being so inclusive
