Excellent breakfast, best we have found on the Island so far and we've tried quite a few. Plenty of food and all well cooked. Ample tea and coffee. Great service.

If I could I would rate zero. The pub sign “ The Inn For All” !! It should state “unless you are disabled”. I appreciate that as a person who requires an accessible toilet I am in the minority, however this establishment is big enough to accommodate an accessible toilet, which it does not. In this day and age it is totally unexceptionable to discriminate for no reason a part of your community, and when management were asked no apology made. If you have a disability AVOID this place. We were going to stay for a meal but unfortunately I am unable to cross my legs! Fishbourne Inn shame on you!

Parked in their advertised as 'free' pub carpark so we could buy food & drinks in their pub only to recieve a £100 'fine' from a bunch of cowboys saying I didn't have a 'permit'. Appealed due to signage being unclear/ inadequate (apparantly one needs to 'register' your car reg no. at the bar as I only found out later after looking into it online) - I didn't have time to look in detail at the small print on the sign at the car park entrance at the time as I thought 'free parking' was 'free parking' plus the girlfriend was suffering from an IBS attack and needed to get into the pub to use the toilet pronto. I also was not made aware of this 'registration' requirement inside the pub at the time by staff or by any signs. I now know they say there is an 'A' board outside somewhere saying this but neither of us saw it so BEWARE. Cowboy company then asked me for proof that I was a pub customer which i provided via time & location stamped iPhone photographs (but I'm sure GPS tracking or bank transaction reciepts would suffice) they then said I was still in breach of their terms but offered to reduce the 'fine' to £20 (which they need to do under "Annex F3 of the Single Sector Code of Practice") which I'm begrudginly tempted to settle for unless anyone has had any success with a POPLA appeal for the obviously misleading/ inadequate signage? If so please say quickly as I only have 10 days left to appeal. Thanks guys & girls and I hope you don't get caught in this trap as have so many others over the last 2 years judging by comments on tripadvisor alone.

My husband pre booked a table for my birthday and they also helped arrange flowers and a bottle of drink to be waiting on our table. We chose the smoked salmon & prawn timbale and the mackerel scotch egg for starters. As huge fish lovers, we were both completely delighted by the flavors and would highly recommend both. For our main course, we both had the fish pie. This was, without a doubt, the most delicious fish pie I've ever tasted. The surprise layer of cheese hidden under the mash was an unexpected and truly fantastic addition that made it even more memorable. Finally we shared a desert, which again was delightful. We had a lovely evening and would highly recommend the food here.

This pub with accommodation is definitely worth a stay. Lovely old pub with clean, modern, and comfortable accommodation. Friendly staff and fabulous choice of breakfast. Great to go back too in the evening for a relaxing drink and meal choice. Highly recommend.

We popped in for a cappuccino and cake while waiting for the ferry and were so glad we did. The inn was welcoming, cosy, and spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the chocolate cake and fruit flapjack were absolutely delicious — a real credit to the chef. A perfect place to relax before travelling.

Called in drinks after our usual local run at Fishbourne. been there two times this year & yet we never noticed you now had to get a parking permit. This morning I received a parking penalty of £60 or £100 if not paid within 14 days. This should be a visible reminder on tables as with menus & when you visit the bar to order anything! Just another way of trying to trick people into paying for parking even if they purchase drinks or food on the property!! Another customer lost☹️

We went for an evening meal with friends and ordered the lasagne and steak pies. Both were served and were cold !! We sent them back and the pies were reheated. The lasagne came back and this time it was frozen in the middle!!! They took it off the bill but very disappointed ☹️ as I recommended this pub!! We will not be eating here again!!!
