I will echo Sandra P's review--it was sad that we were only able to stay one night because the Inn is amazing and Mary Joy and Tom were extremely attentive hosts and were accommodating of our late check in. Everything at the Inn is first class, clean and beautiful! The breakfast alone is enough to warrant a trip back. We will definitely detour to the Inn whenever we are anywhere near Wooster!

Sadly we only stayed one night. Mary Joy and Tom are incredible hosts who made our stay perfect. The Lincoln room had a balcony with chairs to just sit and chill. We came for the Ohio Light Opera but next time the breakfast will be the major attraction.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by our hostess Mary Joy we felt so welcome. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening watching the sunset and morning sunrise. In our room, we had a sitting area to read in the turret of the house. So unique. Our rain shower in the bathroom had the perfect temperature. The towels and sheets were extremely soft and the pillows fluffy. Our breakfasts were very tasty with strawberry scones, fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, ham and egg cups , bacon, sausage and pancakes and cinnamon French toast. We have been to at least a hundred BnBs in the US, Canada and Europe and when I say this was the best ever, I mean it!

We LOVED this place. The house is incredible. The attention to even the smallest detail in the decor, furnishings, etc. is perfect. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast(s) were wonderful, it's conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and the college. Hosts, Mary Joy and Tom, were very accommodating and fun to chat with. It's our new go-to place to stay in Wooster.

My husband I stayed at the Market Street Inn for our anniversary. We like to explore small towns and had never spent time in Wooster and this bed and breakfast seemed like the perfect spot. Tom was a wonderful host and gave us great advice on restaurants and shops - this inn is walking distance to everything. We booked the room with the balcony so we could sit outside and enjoy the weather. The accommodations were excellent. It is a truly beautiful property that has been cared for and maintained with great attention to detail. Tom also made a delicious breakfast. Overall a very positive experience. We hope to visit the Market Street Inn again.

What a wonderful weekend! The Inn is just gorgeous, inside and out. Our room was delightful. We truly enjoyed breakfast each day, French toast casserole, fresh fruit, homemade scones, that was just the first morning. Tom, our host was warm and witty! Great conversation. Also, we had two great dinners in Wooster thanks to Tom’s recommendations. We look forward to making a trip to Ohio again. It was a pleasant surprise for us.

My wife and I spent our 45th wedding anniversary here. What a surprise! Tom and Mary Joy were wonderful hosts. Just the right amount of personal attention not to mention Tom is a great cook. The Inn is gorgeous, a step back in time lovingly restored by Tom and Mary Joy. We definitely recommend adding Market Place Inn for an intimate getaway!

We recently spent 3 days as guests of the Market Street Inn in Wooster. Our hosts Mary and Tom couldn't have been more accommodating! The Inn is beautifully furnished, and your every need has been thought of. The daily breakfast is lovely and a gourmet experience. Tom and Mary can offer excellent suggestions and directions for area attractions. And don't' miss their Wooster shop Lynch's Irish Imports and Gifts with its exquisite selection of beautiful Irish woolens and culinary treats.

Highly recommend Market Street Inn!! We brought my mother into town for her 80th birthday to experience Window Wonderland and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Mary Joy and Tom are wonderful hosts and that breakfast was amazing!!! Plan to come back next year.
