Days Inn by Wyndham Wooster

We stayed here as it looked like a quiet spot out of the way. There were lots of dining options around Wooster and it's close to the highway. Didn't bring bathing suits but the pool looked nice. It wasn't loud here and the room was comfy. The bathroom needed a bit of updating - the toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall and the curved shower rod meant the curtain didn't stay inside the skinny tub very easily which made a mess.

I booked a non smoking room but in my room I felt like I was drowning in smoke from the neighboring rooms. By the time I left the hotel I had a cough. Terrible smoke smell throughout the hallways as well. The staff is great and so is the manager but I just can’t get over that horrible smoke. I would have left but I was in town for a graduation, all local hotels were booked and I didn’t have a choice

Cleaniliness was satisfactory but my room smelled like cigarette smoke. I even woke up in the middle of the night to the smoke smell of cigarettes as it was coming through the vents. I also booked a room with a king bed but was given the room with 2 beds. Also, tbe hotel was very active at night. You can here others talking and doors slamming throughout the building.

The room needed a good airing out. It was very stuffy and smelled stale. Also, the TV screen viewing experience was terrible. The display was washed out and I was unable to adjust the contrast, etc to correct it. The entrance sign was dark, maybe burned out light? Not a good first impression. Breakfast was bare bones, poor selection of pastry and fruit. Coffee was very good. My impression was excess cost cutting. I will probably stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and a good value for the price. The only complaint would be that our room was next to the mechanical room and a few times a day we would hear really loud noises from there for a few minutes.

It had bedbugs and I tried contacting you guys to get a refund because I did not stay who would? So I’d greatly appreciate a refund.

Receptionist at the desk was very nice and friendly for check in and helped us find some good pizza. Rooms definitely need a better cleaning though, there was mouse poop on the sink counter when we arrived and some stuff on the floors, we only stayed one night. The pool area was nice for the kids.

All things fine except the children running in the hallway into the early morning hours!

The absolute WORSE manager/owner I’ve ever encountered. The breakfast was disgusting with very little options for seating. The pool was the only good part of the whole stay. The rooms were so small & the bathroom was impossible to do anything in. The tv was static and didn’t work at all. The fridge wasn’t cold. The beds were hard and disgusting. There were people smoking outside of our room and you can see headlights through the curtains. We couldn’t even continue our stay here as they told us to leave because we had 1 extra person. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Find a different one!! The location is horrible and isn’t close to anything. Disgusting, nasty, and horrible service. 0/10!!!
