Always a friendly and efficient service. We always stay there. Rooms are clean and good quality. Beds are very comfortable.

As much as I would like to agree with previous reviews, yes it is looking a bit tired and outdated but hey if you want glitz and glamour pay for it! The staff are amazing go out of their way to help, especially Angela who went above and beyond to sort a ground floor room and chatted away making us feel welcome. Restaurant next door is no 5* establishment but it serves up a decent meal washed down with a nice glass of wine in a pleasant enough environment Sure I would stay again

Room fairly comfortable, bathroom clean. No Aircon in the room. No lift at this establishment. Witnessed a young mother and baby offered a first floor room. I personally had to help her get all her luggage upstairs. She informed me that she had specified that she had a baby and requested a cot when booking was made. Cot was not available in her room on arrival. Luckily she had her own travel cot.
