The hotel is on the second floor, similar to a hotel apartment. Parking needs to be purchased at the front desk and parked on the 3rd or 4th floor. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is air conditioning and the temperature in winter is acceptable. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, but few nearby attractions.

The interior and the shower needs to be updated, very old and outdated. The floor in the shower fills up quickly and not running down the drain fast enough which was quite unpleasant to experience. The place needs heating or a heater as it can get quite cold during the winter. The queen bed was comfortable and warm and the room was spacious for 1 person. The reception is friendly and always smiling although it would be good to know in advance if my single bedroom that I booked for another booking so I didn't have to lugged 2 luggages and my handbag with my laptop into up and down the stairs as there are no lifts. I was surprised that a woman knocked on my door at 9:45am that she was ready to get into my room when in the booking, it says check out is 10am. That made check out a very annoying experience for me. The location is great as it's a short walk to the beach and Cronulla centre.

The room is extremely clean! There is no mildew in the kitchen bathroom! From the entrance to the hotel - elevator - corridor - the room is always filled with aroma. The balcony is smoking. The car park is located on the 2nd floor next to old Joe. Debit card is available for the bond. The kitchen bathroom is fully equipped and very intimate. The bed is clean and free of disinfectant/odor! Worth recommending staying!

The worst Father’s Day stay I have had in over 50 years - the television did not work and we paid extra to have a ocean view room but when you look out all you see are high rise buildings and pine trees from the room - if you go out onto the balcony and look to the right there is the ocean - the balcony door lock did not work and was held by a hook and eye staple ( at least that reminded me of my childhood 70 years ago ) - no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee - the bath mat was a hand towel for one foot only so no chance of 4 for Father’s Day celebration - the food was good and the staff helpful and courteous - on checking out I did voice our concerns and was told the manager would be advised.

If you come this town, you must stay here. There is a ******. There is good soap. Complimentary simple breakfast. Welcome drink.

非常漂亮的房子，設施很齊全，附近有大型的商超，一點不覺得是郊外的小市鎮，但晚上的星空又特別迷人，打車去碼頭也是十幾分鍾，跟我這次的行程完美契合。房東人很好，鄰里關係十分友好。開始不知道怎麼入住，是對門的澳洲帥哥幫忙聯繫，原來入住訊息是通過郵件發送，出發前沒留意，到了澳洲無法登陸郵箱了。後來電話告知pin no.，順利拿到了鑰匙。第二天還允許我們延遲退房，把行李放在門廊前面，讓我們可以早上去海灘暢泳一番再回去。對不會開車的我來説實在太方便了，謝謝。

The double room here is suitable for business trips and the apartment is suitable for families and families. Next to it is a large shopping mall with several supermarkets for easy shopping.

Very friendly and responsive staff. Even we were late for checkin, the staffs are still able to cater my need throughout the process. It’s just they don’t have a hairdryer for us to use. Otherwise, they did quite a good job.

Stayed here several times Overall quite good. Towels, bed, air con, refrigerator, light controls, USB and powerpoint all good. Only problem with this particular room with balcony, 106, was lack if curtain to black out street light from partial glass door. Accommodation not getting any less expensive.....

very good location, only a few mins walk from Hurtsville train station and a Westfield just right ahead the hotel. Lots of food and restaurant around the hotel. The staff was nice and efficient. Be mindful that this hotel won't provide toothbrush and slippers, need to prepare by yourself. The hotel is new and clean.
