I can't fault the front of house staff/reception staff, they have been friendly and welcoming. Nothing has been too much trouble, any issues have been quickly and efficiently resolved. The only quibble I have is that the building itself is in need of some refurbishments but for the price, I can't really complain. A quick note to the front of house staff/reception staff, a massive thank you for everything. The management at Travelodge need to recognise your hard work. From one frontline key worker (Nurse) to another.
