Service poor behind the bar and a bit slow at times
Over priced considering no table service for drinks or cocktails as had to wait at bar for drinks
Staff seemed a little over whelmed and stressed by the amount of people
Food in restaurant was average and a bit overpriced.
Breakfast was delicious and had a great range on offer ,staff were pleasant and helpful .
Reception staff were exceptional on the Saturday and Sunday checking out.
A very nice resort but the standard has gone down since last being there almost 12 months ago .

Not too happy with TV channels available but otherwise no complaints. We had issues with our heating which staff were very quick to try to rectify. We will definitely return again!

Annuka is great! This stay was a returrn trip where we had our honeymoon back in 1988. It is as beautiful now as it was then.

Loved the spacious Balinese feel of the unit, nice to have the spa bath, easy access to the beach.
Would be nice to have some cheaper options in the restaurant menu.

Beautiful walkways around the gardens. Lovely pool area. Nice place to stay. Would highly recommend.

The pool could do with a good clean and repainted. Pool deck has rotting board's that will collapse soon if not replaced.

Excellent location, nice complex, spacious accommodation, good access to diggers beach
Kitchen very small and tired no work surface when using appliances
No restaurant open Sunday night and
Mondays
Had to rely on self catering
Could do with better cleaning eg move furniture
But on the whole clean and tidy
Would stay again
