This is the worst place I've ever stayed. After dragging everything upstairs in the dark, I discovered room 221 was NOT directly above 121 as I had been informed in the lobby. It was on the opposite side of the parking lot. Upon entering, the room smelled, was very hot, and came complete with a couple stink bugs near the bed. Thankfully the AC did work. Comfortable bed, although the comforter was visibly stained. The complementary breakfast had Sunny D passed off as orange juice and cereal and oatmeal, but no bowls. The scrambled eggs had a weird grayish tinge, but the sausage was pretty tasty. The communal butter tub, syrup bottle (for pancakes stored in the fridge???) jelly and peanut butter jars were sticky, crumb-filled, and just flat out gross. Final straw was NO HOT WATER for a shower! Considered heating some water in the microwave for a sponge bath, but you guessed it ... no cups or glasses. Thankfully I had put my clothes back on prior to housekeeping attempting to barge in at 8:30 am. (No "do not disturb" tag either.) As I'm checking out, I complained about there being no hot water. The desk clerk simply shrugged, walked to the back, flipped a switch of some sort, and added that the owners were "cheap and didn't fix stuff." No apology given and certainly no offer to comp anything. At least I earned a few Wyndham points, but damn.
