Nice staff but the terrible state of the carpet was unacceptable. ..Huge stain (probably coffee) by the door inside the room really put me off the whole experience.

Rooms were filthy, huge stains on the carpet. Bathroom floor was dirty. Entire place is outdated, bad was awful, very uncomfortable. Breakfast area had very little to offer, one apple was the only fruit available. Would not recommend.

This place is pretty rough. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Front steps are caution taped off. I stayed here once a year ago and it is obvious that people are living here full time. The room: Carpets in the room are old and dirty. Furniture is banged up, scratched and drawers are hard to open. The bathroom has mildew around the bottom tiles. There is no safe to lock up your valuables. I won't be back.

Rooms were well appointed and had what we needed. Value was good and breakfast was decent with good hot potionslike eggs and sausage. Room was a little dated and could use some upgrades in the bathroom but it was clean so I prefer the lower price to higher prices and nicer bathrooms

There are multiple stains on the carpet, there’s soap scum all around the tub, the shower head is disgusting, there’s someone else’s hair in the tub, the scary noise the bathroom light/fan makes when you turn it off or on!! The bathroom door isn’t on right so it doesn’t shut easily. The carpet is coming off the floor so there’s wrinkles in it/tripping hazard!! No USB ports. If I could give a rating lower than terrible I would.

Good afternoon. We stayed here a week ago. Both my confirmation email and the website indicated check in time was 2 p.m. When we arrived the sign posted said 3p.m. And we were told there were no rooms available even though I said we had a family function to go to at 2. We arrived back from the function just after 10 p.m. The drawer in the dresser would not stay closed which caused a hazard when getting up during the night. The remote for the tv didn’t work so tv had to be turned and channel selected on the tv itself. The tap in the bathroom sprayed water all over the place as it was obviously missing the diffuser/ strainer. I wrote this down and gave to the desk when we checked out and suggested a reduction in the rate. Not so.

We were transferred to a different room after checking in & finding our TV didn’t work. 2nd room was just as dirty as 1st room with stained, dirty carpet. torn bedding & night stand drawer that wouldn’t close. Bathroom door damaged with scratched sink & dirty floor. Problems with front desk at check-in & check-out the next morning.

My parents booked this hotel for a wedding so we booked here as well. First warning was the big sign light in the front was burnt out. I’ll keep this short, all the negative reviews are true, our tub was so old it was wore through the enamel, holes in the wall, a stench throughout hotel, carpets in hall and rooms were stained, and on and on. I refused to eat the free breakfast, there’s some good greasy spoons in the area. I travel a lot, even stay at some sceptical mining camps, and this place is far worse. Bad enough for me to write my first review ever. On a positive note the staff were nice, they changed rooms for us but it was equally bad.
