Excellent all around. Only small complaint was that I waited 40 minutes for the shuttle. In hindsight I probably should’ve put a pickup time in the special requests section when booking. I live abroad so need WiFi to make calls and was afraid I’d miss the shuttle if I went inside to make the call. It was there within 5 minutes of calling, and I had a good night’s sleep and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

It is across the road from the airport. There is a free hotel shuttle bus to the airport. There is a metro at the door, which is also free. There are no restaurants nearby.

I really don't like the front desk of this hotel. bad. No check-in for less than three days. Then the black guy asked me to check in in advance and wouldn’t give it to me.

So convenient for coming in/out of St Louis airport. The hotel shuttle was so helpful for getting us to the hotel after arrival. Breakfast was good with several options.

Looks nicer than it is. Bathroom faucet felt like it was going to fall off. Shower pan was chipped. Got a rollaway bed but it didn’t fit in the room- had to use the mattress on the floor.

My room had a nice big walk-in shower. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Try the Golden Pancake restaurant across the street for a great breakfast.
