Had lunch with family and a friend. The food was excellent and staff were very friendly. The appearance of the bar area and the restaurant was lovely. We all said it was a wonderful experience. I had the sausage and mash which I was thought was extremely good, the gravy was beautiful. The other two in the party had the salmon and they thought it was very good. Thank you once again.

Delicious meal- main and pudding. Service was great- not too intrusive- had plenty of time to chat with friends. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The inn burger was Devine!strawberry roulade had a delicious coulis- couldn’t fault- will definitely be back

I popped in for a bite to eat with my friends the food was OK but the service was not very good, the staff have attitude problems . The place was clean and tidy though. The owner really needs to have a think about their staff they are all rude Inexperienced and just not restaurant material, we was in Lincolnshire for 3 days and this was 1 of 3 recommended to us , sadly we will not return it's such a nice place in such a nice village it really was disappointing the staff really let's it down

Wonderful Sunday Lunch, very friendly carvery chef. Lovely choice of well cooked local meat. Plenty of veg to choose from, personally cannot fault The INN for Sunday lunch. Does get busy however I think this is a good sign!! Looking forward to next week already.

What can I say, I have been many times to "The Inn" which is round the back of "The Lancaster" in Woodhall Spa, The Inn is amazing when open, good atmosphere and great staff, but The Lancaster, not so much, atmosphere "none" and the bar staff literally stood huddled in a group chatting with no interest at all in the customers, not happy, someone should tell them that it costs nothing to smile, say hello, or even to acknowledge, nope, will NOT be coming again, absolutely shocking...

The owners of this hotel need to seriously sort out their Duty Manager and Bar Staff, perhaps if they sacked them and got replacements would be a good start. You would think that kids like the above with a job would want to make an impression but at this hotel they were lazy and rude. They did not want to serve us at the bar after we returned from the Kinema In The Woods just before 10:00pm, so the discussion that then started was not what my wife and I expected on the first night of our three night stay in Woodhall Spa to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. We checked out the following morning after one night. The hotel was comfortable and clean but the breakfast was unacceptable having cooked items just approaching warm not hot. We would not recommend this hotel.

This is a clean and tidy hotel. The room was large and warm. Toiletries were provided along with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff made us welcome when we arrived. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there was a large selection to choose from.

We arrived earlier than 3pm and asked if I could trim up a room for family member as she was 60 they let me get straight on with it stored my cake and also helped set things up. Nothing was too much hard working pleasant staff hotel rooms was very large and beds are comfortable food was so nice and very generous portions. Absolutely brilliant weekend.Thank you
