Extended Stay America Suites - Minneapolis - Woodbury

Our stay June26,27,28,2025 for 2 rooms,333+334,I paid for back in March on my charge.When we arrived the desk clerk asked us to pay again.They mentioned not being paid by a ,"virtual card",that I never heard of.We paid over 760.00 We couldn't run water in the kitchen sink cause it went on the floor+ a bucket didn't help.cloth shower curtain sent some water outside the tub which showed previous mildew issues.My cousin stayed in the 2nd room,he had stopped up bathroom drains. No breakfast except for a granola bar! No hot water for instant oatmeal or tea. No coffee pot,the clerk said its been broken for a week,I noticed walking distance outside was a Walmart!.I have both knees replaced + found it difficultraising my knees over 20 "to get in + out of the tub.They had 4 rails for holdind but tub is too deep. Burn holes in rug + burns on bath room sink,+ our family will never stay at extended say again.We are asking for our money back! Sorry for the truth, Mr Mrs Vic Blusnavage

Worst hotel nights ever. Extremely uncomfortable beds. No blankets only sleep under 2 sheets, DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY place to stay. I walked across the floor with bare feet and got into the shower and my foot prints were from muddy feet. The bathroom mirror was broken. Did not seem like they mopped the floor in at least 6 months. I had to wait for 25 minutes at the front desk before anyone would show up to help. And this was on Saturday at 10:00 AM. It is not a well run business and the people they hire are not very conscientious. The manager should be fired.

Do Not Waste Your Money!! I repeat, Do Not Waste Your Money!!! One of the worst experiences I have ever had regarding a hotel room. We stayed for a week because I was having surgery and follow up appointments. If I wasn't having surgery 1st thing in the morning after we checked in I would have gone somewhere else. The room was filthy and when I asked the front desk if they could have housekeeping come and clean behind the beds the next day, I was actually told NO !! I said excuse me? Will I can put a request in but they are too busy so I wouldn't count on it! We had just checked in! Unreal! I was having surgery in the morning and was so upset because I didn't have any other options at the time. I asked for an extra pillow and was told NO. Hangers? They are in your room. Um, no there are no hangers! Will I don't have access to them! Bathroom counter cracked and in disrepair. Property in disrepair. No security on the exits. The corporate office should be ashamed to have this property with their name on it! I have worked in the Hotel and Property Management business and I have never come across such inexcusable behavior of the woman at the front desk. I can't remember her name or I would list it in my review. Property overrun by short term renters. Reeks of pot. Dirty. Police were there several times. This property is located in a good area. So I was completely floored by the conditions!

the worst hotel I have visited the stove didn’t work the room was filthy people were using ***** in the hallway the place recked of heavy smokers the toilet was stop up didn’t flush no towels 0/10 dirty

The room was dirty, tub dirty, shower head spraying upon the ceiling and out the side, shower curtain broken would not stay closed. Toothpaste on sink, mirror and picture. The room was falling apart! Linens smelled unclean. Looks nice on the outside but so horrible and dirty on the inside! Lobby dirty! Carpet ok and very dirty. I’m so surprised Corporate has not been notified!!!

You really need to talk to your front desk lady about customer service you had a guest at your hotel that ordered some food she would not let me go drop it off at his door so she made him come all the way downstairs just because she's on a power trip you really need to have a talk with her and teach her about customer service
