I had a great stay at this hotel with my son. The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to everything. I only stayed one night and I parked my car at check-in and didn’t move it till check-out. I felt safe here and I would definitely book and stay here again.

I have stayed here for years. Always clean. Nice breakfast. Coffee all day.
If you forget something walk to Walmart. Park your car and you can walk to at least 4 restaurants. Pub with decent food shares a parking lot, so no drinking and driving necessary.
All in all a great place to stay. Never had a problem. I have travelled here alone with toddlers and just by myself and always felt safe.
Great place if your family lives close by.
And shopping - ie TJ Maxx, Macy’s etc and Menlo Park Mall - all within 20 min drive.

Walked into lobby - some
Lady was on phone screaming at someone. Then got my room assigned to me- and it was dirty they never cleaned it. From towels and water bottles all over to a completely unmade bed. Went back down to the lobby and she said oh I don’t know why they marked that as clean. I did get another room but bed was so uncomfortable and the bath was disgusting. Will not return.

I had hope housekeeping would come everyday. But it didn’t work like that. But the stay was great, beds were great. Please provide water for rooms.

My wife and I had a fine evening. Hotel was nice. Internet access was spotty, and the remote for the television needed new batteries.

Late check in is the worst system. If things go wrong, like they did for me, there is no one to call for help. I slept in my car for $159 - NO REFUND! DO NOT USE HOTELS THAT DO NOT HAVE 24 HOUR STAFF!
