Great stay. A couple gnats in bathroom and housekeeping left the bathroom trash on bathroom counter after cleaning up but all in all a good stay.

Best stay in Chicago. Especially if you're traveling for business or a romantic date night, I strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the environment was good. The staff was not very nice. I clearly booked a twin room, but they insisted on giving me a large bed and a sofa bed. Finally, after I took out the order, they reluctantly gave me the room I booked. In addition, the hair dryer was broken. It couldn't be used.

It's okay, near the Ohare airport, the cookie they give you when you check in is delicious.

Beautiful quiet location among the lakes, requires a vehicle to get around or go to the restaurant

The room and cleanliness are not bad, but I don't want this kind of thing to happen and affect my mood.

Booked this room for two nights and when I checked in I was initially told breakfast was included and then I found out it wasn’t. I can’t justify one small breakfast being $16 for one person! If I would have known I would have purchased a donut down the street and called it a day. Overall, the stay was great. The bathrooms need a remodel; the bathtub is uncomfortable to walk in and the walls look awful.

Loved the convenience of check in , room placement, and cleanliness and pet friendly!!!!!!!!! Hotel needs bigger room wastebaskets, hangars and bench in the bathroom, and better coffeemakers in the room..( alwsys a problem with coffeemakers) Also , garbage cans for pet waste outside..This is our third time here.

Did not go because I didn't have a confirmation number and when I called to confirm my reservation the front desk worker said she did not see it. ******* keeps trying to take money off my card for this and I did not stay there!!!! STOP TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!!

The water in the pool was so cold that you couldn't use it! The area surrounding the pool had liter and used towels. Also, they must allow pets..as we heard barking at night. My suggestion would be to put the pet owners together on one floor. The room was nice, bed was comfortable and the staff at desk were helpful!

We had a King bed room but wouldve liked better the King bed suite. Need for better coffeemakers in each room, each time it malfunctioned. Need for fixing eastern side fascade that is cracking and falling off of outside wall..Saturday nite was noisy in hallways. Will stay there again.Front desk staff at 3pm was Friendly and helpful.
