Hotels near Crossroads Tavern & Eatery in Wood Dale

We visited this hotel as a potential site for wedding guests to stay for our family. The hotel management was so pleasant and accommodating that we also contracted with them to have our wedding rehearsal dinner there. The catering menu was extensive. A full bar was available. The event coordinator and the manager took great care in preparation of the meeting room for our event and the food presentation was attractive and delicious. Everything we asked for was well taken care of. Our guests were pleased with their rooms. There is a spacious, inviting public area with a fireplace and comfortable seating where our family gathered several times. The shuttle bus driver transported us safely to and from the wedding. All I can say is we had a wonderful experience!

Very nice hotel. Room was perfect. Big, lots of space. Clean and quiet. We got there early and they let us check in early. We had an early flight the next morning so we did not use the food or bar but was very nice space. No hot tub and pool was small but ok for us.

Staff was friendly, hotel clean and safe. Overall experience was good but after long flight and arriving in the morning wanted to freshen up before attending a meeting that morning. I was surprised by the early check in fees as the hotel was most definitely not full. I understand when rooms are not available but they were. I wanted to check in at 11:00 AM and was leaving by 0430 the next morning. Sort of felt like being charged by the hour for a hotel room while on a business trip.

It is obvious that there is a lot of effort and work going into making this a nice place to stay. I've been to a number of hotels in the Chicago area and this hotel is a favorite. It's not only because of the cleanliness of the rooms and the quiet and the fact that everything works and the grounds are clean. It's because these things are a reflection of the staff. It's a pleasure to stay at this ESA because it is clearly a well run hotel.

Beautiful, natural setting. We were looking for a retreat center to host a couples' retreat. The Hyatt Lodge was recommended. Could not have asked for a better setting. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended to our every question and need. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean, and the banquet food was good. Also had a few meals at the restaurants, which were good.

I stayed here for one night and it was very different from other hotels. It was super nice and updated. I liked the use of cards for the light fixtures so we are not wasting energy! Good in the morning was like any other hotel breakfast but I did enjoy the options they had out!

No meat ever on the food bar for breakfast. That is no bacon or sausage. Most alternate days for meats. Eggs, potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy. Tables not cleaned after use. Not many tables for eating. No wash cloths for rooms. Bathroom light did not work. I had to report broken glass on the hallway floor. Still ok place to stay. Clean room. seems like the top cover is not changed often since it was dingy.

We stayed one night at this hotel, because Hurricane Ian extended our trip to Chicago. We couldn't extend our rental car and needed a location near the airport with a shuttle. This place not only fit the bill for convenience but it was quite nice. The hotel is very nice and stylish with an open airy feeling. The rooms are rimmed around and open atrium that houses seating and a restaurant/bar. The suites are a little dated but very nice and very large with a separate living area, bedroom and a bath separating the two. This suite could easily be shared and it is also nice for business people because the bedroom door can be closed. Titanium members have a nice lounge with hot breakfast from 6-9 weekdays, a little later on weekends, snacks, water, sodas, coffee, tea, etc all day and appetizers from 5:30-7:30pm. The night we were there they had chicken wings, pizza and a couple of other goodies. The attendant is very efficient and we were extremely grateful for her asking someone to take their phone conversation off speakerphone. Last but not least, Rey, the shuttle driver arrives every 1/2 hour on the 1/2 hour to take you to the airport. Very nice man and quite prompt. Tip - you can also take the shuttle to the metra station at O'hare for transportation to other areas.

Extremely clean, quite, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Free internet, free parking, noon check out is nice not being rushed out, nice being able to sleep in. Had mini fridge in room coffee maker, microwave, and in room safe. Would highly recommend.

Best Customer Service right from check in. Masks were required in all public areas. Easy. Efficient. Friendly. Immaculate, the staff was always working. Excellent accommodations for a family of 5. Beds were comfortable, pillows were just right. 2 Tv's with lots of channel options. So clean! Pool and hot tub were being tested for chlorine levels by the pool attendant who was very diligent in getting levels accurate . Pristine. Breakfast had abundant choices, especially during Covid. Lots of hot items, lots of grab and go items. Close to family restaurants, attractions and shops. It will always be our first choice in the Lombard area.
