kamar executive aslinya lumayan bagus tapi kebersihan kamarnya kurang diperhatikan, Petugasnya kebersihan kurang professional. Kain korden lepas banyak yg lepas. Di wastafel ada tahi cicak, kain sprei kurang besar ukurannya dan asal dipasang dan spreinya kusut bagian dalam slimut.
juga pramusaji waktu breakfast habis mengambil piring kotor dari tamu makan sebelumnya. Meja tidak dilap pdhal jelas terlihat bekas makanan dan air masih di meja krn menunggu lama akhirnya saya panggil dan jawabanya ketus
Sayang sekali hotel sekelas bintang 4 tp petugasnya asal2 an dan gak profesisional.

大廳的陳設，讓我感覺到了文藝氣息
特別推薦大家來住，離bromo也很方便
房間有點潮濕，這是城市氣候的原因，也就沒在意了，入鄉隨俗，去適應

應該是bromo山腳下TOP1—2的酒店了，酒店本身已經在山中了，從酒店上山到騎馬大本營半小時車程，有熱水洗漱，早餐還算豐富，設施一般，畢竟在火山腳下相比周邊民宿好太多了，整體符合預期。帶着孩子不趕日出睡到五點上山，先看火山口再去遠眺，九點下來吃早餐，錯峯安排人很輕鬆
