The awesome location, my towel never cameback after laundry. The front desk woman is quite polite, difficulties check in for my son as we came from different location. What a pity they dont call me to make sure that the person is my son but overall is good.

However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. It's a good type of hotel at the front, but when you enter the room it's just b, like an old building. The cleanliness is also lower than the hotel next door. I don't know if I just got the same room or are they all the same???? And the receptionist guy (forgot his name) isn't very friendly with visitors, but the important thing is that you get a room like that. Maybe because I checked in at 12 at night before early morning, because we had finished the event. Yes, the point is that's all

Our 2nd time staying here. The room is very spacious with this rate. Startegic location as well as it's exactly in front of Taman Bungkul, with lots of culinary spot on weekend. The room is equipped with microwave & minibar too. However, the lighting in the room was pretty dim. Other than that, all good.
