The awesome location, my towel never cameback after laundry. The front desk woman is quite polite, difficulties check in for my son as we came from different location. What a pity they dont call me to make sure that the person is my son but overall is good.

While the hotel offers modern design, spacious rooms, and a gym for guests, there are a few areas that need attention to improve the overall experience. 🛋️ Ambience & Design: The hotel features a modern, artistic design that creates a trendy and visually appealing atmosphere. The lobby and communal areas are stylish, welcoming, and set a positive tone upon arrival. 🏨 Accommodation: The suite was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable for rest and relaxation. However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. This choice of location takes away from the convenience and appeal of staying here. 💪 Fitness & Facilities: While the hotel lacks a pool, it does have a gym that is well-maintained and offers a good way to unwind or maintain your fitness routine during your stay. This was a nice addition and added value to my experience. 🌟 Service: The staff members were professional, helpful, and friendly. They made the check-in process smooth and were responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. ✨ Final Thoughts: ARTOTEL TS Suites Surabaya offers stylish design, spacious rooms, and a well-equipped gym. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but with the hope that the hotel addresses these shortcomings to provide a more seamless and comfortable experience.

It's a good type of hotel at the front, but when you enter the room it's just b, like an old building. The cleanliness is also lower than the hotel next door. I don't know if I just got the same room or are they all the same???? And the receptionist guy (forgot his name) isn't very friendly with visitors, but the important thing is that you get a room like that. Maybe because I checked in at 12 at night before early morning, because we had finished the event. Yes, the point is that's all

Our 2nd time staying here. The room is very spacious with this rate. Startegic location as well as it's exactly in front of Taman Bungkul, with lots of culinary spot on weekend. The room is equipped with microwave & minibar too. However, the lighting in the room was pretty dim. Other than that, all good.

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, and the experience was always awesome. We really liked the room that we booked this time, and the vibes the view and the experience was good. Unfortunately I find the dishes during breakfast were quite bland and the choice was so limited, but we really like the relocations on the top floors, got really good views, and made the whole breakfast quite enjoyable. Regardless we will always recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again in the future, 😁
