Where the heart is, everything shows. That happens with each and every one of our trips with the Accor Group. The one with Movenpick Surabaya is no exception. The heart was there, from the moment we stepped into the front door. FOM Amalia was there - all smiles, open arms to greet us. GM Eksi was a step away to get us started on our great Movenpick experience once more. It was all hearts, from each and every one we met from the ground floor More Lounge to the 21st, the Patito on 7th. Executive Chef Vanda was there in person to attend to us, whipping up the best meals we've had this trip, ensuring the right level of sweetness or saltiness, just right smoothness and spiciness; perfect as perfection should be. HM Lucky Idris was not far behind to add cheers to every encounter, making light every conversation. And, our room on the 21st was magnificent; couldn't ask for more - every amenity of creature comfort was there - comfortable bed, long bath, mini bar, you name it, they gave it. Through every detail, the heart shows; every greeting, personal and close by name, not from one member, but by every staff that came our way. Clear as daylight, this Accor Movenpick property is all hearts 💕. We were all welled up in our hearts. Thank you, Ibu Eksi; thank you, Pak Lucky, Pak Vanda; thank you, Ibu Amalia. You gave us a fulfilling close to our six days in East Jawa. Be assured we'll be back for more Hearts. Don't lose heart, if we take a little longer to come. Blessings.

I am back again to Ibis Style Jemursari, Surabaya... Its time for me to check how this hotel perform... Check in: 05 Dec 2021 Check out: 11 Dec 2021 Room: 602 (upgraded ALL Platinum Status) Check in 10/10 Pros: Very Efficient and welcoming Cons: none Room 602 Cleanliness: 9/10 Bed : 7/10 (theres small spot on linen and bed cover) Bathroom Cleanliness: 9/10 Hot water : 10/10 Water pressure: 10/10 (strongest pressure among accor hotels i have visited) Laundry 10/10 Laundry staff very polite and attentive to our needs Valet Parking Very polite and fast response Streat Resto (breakfast) Cleanliness: 6/10 (dirty table, chairs and some floors) Food Variety: 9/10 Service: 7/10 Best Food TERONG BALADO: 10/10 (MUST TRY!!) Nasi Goreng: 8/10 Mie Goreng: 8/10 Worst Food (need improvement) Soto Ayam : 5/10 Pecel : 5/10 Please pay attention to level of cleanliness in the resto area especially chairs and table where some left over still there.. Special mention to Mr. Kiky (Duty Manager) and Front Office Staff thank you for looking after us during the duration of our stay! I will definitely be back to this hotel just because of the location, bed quality and excellent service demonstrated by some Staff department i mentioned exclude resto which definitely need much improvement. Plus: Hotel is clean, smells good when you enter the lobby, elevator, room and even towel smell very nice aromatherapy. Check in was fast. They provided discount for f&b purchased at the Bess Coffeeshop Room is pretty spacious, clean, bathroom also clean, modern and well maintained also they provided toiletries, hair dryer and extra toilet paper. AC is cold. Room has mini fridge and electric kettle Nice pools located on 9th floor (kids pool and adult pool) with pretty view. They sell delicious bread at the gardenia restaurant by the pool. You can also order food and enjoy it by the pool. Breakfast was separated in 2 location, Gardenia restaurant on the 9th floor and Executive lounge on 38th floor. Our breakfast was at the Executive lounge, Food has small selection yet delicious. Good wifi connection Free minibar in the room Bess Coffee shop has great ambience to aut and snacking, good variety of food and drinks too Minus: Mattress and pillow was not comfy for me since it’s not soft enough It takes a while for the hot water in the bathroom No towel provided in the pool area The breakfast has more selection at Gardenia restaurant compare to the executive lounge No sign for the food served during breakfast Elevator doesn’t have sign which one goes to which floor. They separate the elevator on the right for higher floor and the left one for the lower floor. It would be nice if there is clear sign to indicate it They have 24 hours in room service but no menu in the room and we have to go down to Bess coffee to make payment since on the high floor their EDC machine will lost signal But overall we had good stay and will come back for another staycation

what I feel as a resident and what I feel as a visitor is very different, I have been to this place since I was around 10 years ago, when I was staying as a guest, as well as a residential owner, or just as a visitor, the facilities offered were of course different, there I felt that there are no two experiences compared to other hotels out there

The room is small but comfortable. Cheap price includes breakfast. The breakfast is decent, the menu is varied

I live in bali and I stay in this hotel for 3 weeks, the room very clean and have a large space in deluxe room. All the staff very nice and friendly and quick response, especially Mrs. Nita, Mr. Octa and Mr. Messe they are a good leaders 👍🏻 there is no smoking room in this hotel but you can request to unlock the balcony door for smoking at the balcony. Nice city view from our room, the pool is clean and the breakfast is good 😊 I will back again to stay in this hotel when I comes to Surabaya 🥰❤️

The check in procedure was not efficient and meant we had to wait for several hours for a member of the team to come and check us in. The office kept putting the phone down as they did not speak English but would also not WhatsApp to arrange check in. A lady on the front desk for the hotel assisted in translating. Once checked in all was fine. Gym good also. Deposit of 200k, returned at check out.

Aston Inn Jemursari has a very small parking lot, making it difficult for guests who bring vehicles (even though valet parking is provided by the hotel). The breakfast menu can't expect much, because what you get is what you pay for. Modern rooms, but cleanliness can still be improved. The staff is quite friendly, but the receptionist doesn't work fast enough. Located on a small street, not on the main road.
