GGuest UserThe check in procedure was not efficient and meant we had to wait for several hours for a member of the team to come and check us in. The office kept putting the phone down as they did not speak English but would also not WhatsApp to arrange check in. A lady on the front desk for the hotel assisted in translating. Once checked in all was fine. Gym good also. Deposit of 200k, returned at check out.
