"I’d say it’s a very standard hotel.
The gym is extremely basic, the service is ok. The spa is just a massage place and completely overpriced. The AC was not working.
The hotel is has a great price value balance but you only get what you pay."

"This is foreigner,'s view, not by locals. I have been 7 cities and towns throughout Sumatra and Jawa as low budget traveller's. And about same price ranged hotels, this one is most clean and neat. I'm not sure but I feel Surabaya is higher standard in Indonesia."
