Dirty towels when I arrive and plus they lock me and my boyfriend out of my hotel room he had to go down stairs and get a new key that is just a key a pain in the ass and had bad experience as well people shouting in the streets at midnight and the toilet doesn’t even flush either bad experience I wouldn’t stay here again no way and they didn’t even service breakfast either I’m very disappointed in this hotel and I couldn’t sleep because of the bed as well it’s kept on making noise lots of people hang around and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and i kept itchy as well on the bed not good services

Disappointingly dusty chair bedsheets add floor. As soon as I entered to the room I started coughing. I suggest somebody need to double check the cleaners after they cleaned every room. The picture shows th first room bedsheets full of hairs and dusts. When I complained the receptionist gave moved me to other room at least the bed is much cleaned but still as on the picture shows the floor was muddy and dusty. I am thankfull for the help of the receptionists despite the above issue I hope the will fix it for future.

No air conditioning so extremely hot. Breakfast was not great as food not replenished and not very well cooked. Tables were not cleared either in bar at night or breakfast in morning.
Room basic but clean.

I stay here on a regular basis as a fan of wolves and the stadium is just across the road. It is nothing special but it is clean and has a 24hr bar and serves food which again is quite basic but as good as any other pub grub.
Maybe a good upgrade would be better tv’s as some rooms you can barely make out the picture.
