AVOID, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN Terrible service. You are charged in advance for kids’ classes and asked to commit to a specific time slot—but those time slots are changed constantly, forcing parents to either adapt or miss classes entirely. Today, my daughter was refused entry to her scheduled dance class simply because she is not participating in an upcoming performance—a detail that was never mentioned in the academy brochure when we signed her up. She left upset and confused, and we were forced to replan our entire day around this sudden and unjustified exclusion. To make matters worse, when I tried to raise the issue at the front desk, the response was a dismissive “On ne peut pas vous aider monsieur,” delivered with a half-smile—and that from multiple staff members. This is simply unacceptable. We pay hundreds of euros in membership fees to receive disorganized, disrespectful service. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I expect both accountability and reimbursement for the class that was denied to my daughter without valid reason.
