We have stayed here several times and it has always been excellent value for money. The location is charming, and the hotel, while not fancy, is comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that we could ask for sandwiches to be left for us in the room when we arrived very late, and very hungry, after a delayed flight. They also turned a single room into a double for us, as we booked so late all the doubles were gone. That kind of helpful attitude goes a long way. We will be staying here again.

Danke für die Organisation und Durchführung unserer Feier am 9.7.2022. Vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss haben wir uns super gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Unsere Wünsche wurden zu 100% professionell umgesetzt, angefangen vom Geschäftsführer, Herrn Deutrich, der stets ein offenes Ohr und kompetente Lösungen hatte, sowie seiner rechten Hand :-) Frau Meyer, den aufmerksamen Azubis von der Bedienung, Vanessa und Markus bis zum fabelhaften DJ Rico, der über 4 Stunden für tolle Stimmung sorgte. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch den uns unbekannten Koch/ Köchen. Das Essen wurde von allen 37! Gästen in den höchsten Tönen gelobt. Wer eine Party plant oder einfach nur schick essen will, ist hier genau richtig!!! Danke sagen noch einmal ganz herzlich Kati und Frank

Das Einchecken war eine Geduldsprüfung, Erstmal die Parkplatzsituation, sehr kleiner, enger Platz. Nach längerem Warten an der Rezeption, trotz Klingeln, erschien der gestresste Inhaber, ohne Begrüßung. Wir hatten mehrere Zimmer reserviert, wobei auf die telefonisch mit dem Azubi abgesprochenen Dinge entsetzt reagiert wurde. Nach langem Hin und Her bekamen wir unsere Zimmer zugewiesen. Keine Einweisung, sehr distanziert, ebenso beim Auschecken am nächsten Tag. Zimmer waren teils im Haupthaus, teils im Nebenhaus. Im Haupthaus waren die Zimmer in Ordnung. Die Zimmer im Nebenhaus bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung. Alter Teppichboden, schmutzige Wände, keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad, die alten Betten knarren, abgeranzte Türen. Die Infomappe war mit Fett-Fingern übersät. Haben am Nachmittag im Biergarten versucht einen Kaffee zu trinken, Kuchen gab es leider nicht. Kellner gestresst, ewige Wartezeit bei der Bestellung, sowie bei der Bezahlung, obwohl die Gästezahl im Biergarten überschaubar war. Das Frühstück war okay, aber auch nicht überragend. Wir sind es eigentlich gewöhnt, dass der Gast freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt wird. Hier besteht dringend Nachholbedarf für alle!!!
