This is a resort hotel. I booked a room with a bed that sleeps two children. Breakfast and dinner are self-service. In addition to the washing machine, the room facilities are super complete. Check in staffs are not friendly. Actually they never have been. Have been going to this place for the last two years only because of the location and we have always noticed the unfriendliness of the staffs. They not helpful either. The bistro food and drinks are over priced and food isn’t nice either. We booked deluxe studio room which according to my booking the room has wardrobe/closet and bottled water and our room didn’t have any of that. It was a very basic room. Don’t trust the pics on website as it’s misleading. However, thumbs up for the location and peaceful environment. Staffs and management needs to listen to the reviews and change their attitude of running the hospitality business.

Check in after 6pm, no reception. Parking charges. I booked two rooms and one living room, but there was no quilt! Only the sheets! I called the customer service, and there was no staff in the hotel to send the quilt, but said that there was floor heating that turned on automatically, but we did not feel the heating, and it was frozen all night. Don't live here in the cold winter!

The location of the hotel is prefect for golfers. Stay was great, room very clean, spacious & all amenities are working fine. Hotel dining was fantastic. The food was delicious 😋 both for dinner & breakfast. Staff are welcoming & friendly. Service at the dining was fantastic, staff were friendly & their hospitality was awesome. Our breakfast event went so smoothly & the service from Liv was outstanding. We will be back for more events in the future.

I stayed with my family of five, in a 2bdr apartment for 5 days and we loved it! Great facilities, clean and had all the amenities stocked and replaced daily! Also such a great location as it’s right at the city and near the beach, so we could walk everywhere or catch the free shuttle bus around town. It’s the perfect stay place for families and the staff are super helpful and friendly too! Only downside is that sometimes the apartments next door were a little bit noisy at night but not too much. And also the wifi was a bit annoying as it kept turning on and off, but other than that it was great!

Very close to the beach, especially suitable for going out. There is a Chinese restaurant near 1 km, and the room is clean although it is a bit old. And parrots often fly to the balcony, you can feed them with bread, not afraid of people, just like you raise, a good experience! Recommended

2nd visit, 2night stay at this property. Found the room good for a short stay, very centeralised to everything in the area. It Did the job. Easy to get to. First morning had housekeeping knock on door to clean up room while we were getting ready for the day. Dont know if they didnt know we were staying 2 nights instead of the 1. We were lucky we had chain on door. On site thai restuant was good. Didnt have to go far for dinner. However it did change hands / name change since last visit. Down side is that the Room this time didnt have a dvd player in it. Purchased cheap 1 from jb hifi. The room doesnt have a microwave either to heat up left over food if needed to. Lastly, beds can be more comfy. Single bed in twin room was bit hard to sleep on due to the steel frame it was on, and a bit too high as well. Was more comfy on the double bed with the friend i was with to watch tv. (He didnt mind) Also, price had gone up a little as well since last visit.

A very standard foreigner resort hotel, with a living room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen for cooking and basic kitchen utensils. You can buy a steak from the supermarket and you can come back for frying. After all, it is a small rural city, and parking is very convenient. No additional parking fees are required.
