The only good thing I can remember was the location about this place. The apartment was not cleaned properly as we saw hairs from bathroom floor to blankets. We even found a female underwear in the washing machine. Had a huge noise from the neighbour and there is no management to help or Trip.com for that matter. Horrible first night without much sleep.

Very clean and comfortable spacious room. Loved the location and free under cover parking.

The room is very big, or more accurately, the house is very spacious, with a sofa, dining table, balcony, and kitchen. Free parking is available, and it is very convenient to go out. Woolworth is within walking distance, and the pedestrian street is also very close. The disadvantage is that the kitchen stove is not very powerful, so cooking requires a little patience.

The location of the hotel is very good, within walking distance to the beach, shops (supermarkets), the rooms are relatively clean, parking is free, and the people in the apartment are friendly. I would recommend this serviced apartment.

The room is large, very clean and suitable for home use. The supermarket is nearby and shopping is convenient. The free underground parking is safe and great. I will still choose to stay here next time.

The reception staff is very enthusiastic! The room is clean and bright, and it feels safe to check in with a card! I am very satisfied with the wifi in the room!

The location of the apartment is relatively convenient for tourists. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach, train station, supermarket shopping, and dining out. The check-in procedure is simple, self-service in and out of the lobby, basically undisturbed. The room facilities are a bit old, but they are fully functional and generally clean. There are problems, such as vegetables from the previous guest in the refrigerator, a cockroach on the wall at night, and a long hair on the bed, if you can handle it yourself, forget it. The biggest problem is that the range hood actually exhausts the smoke from the top of the machine back into the room. This is really the first time I have seen the design, and I feel dizzy! Be careful!

Our check in at the Wollongong Service Apartments was seamless and without any issues. Here is my feedback about this apartment we stayed in. It was clean, spacious and conveniently close to everything. . However, the place is very dated and inclusions were basic. Sofas showed a lot of wear (no tear) with visible stains. Didn't feel it was hygienic to sit on. I would NOT recommend this place. In my opinion, the 4 star rating would be attributed to the location only.
