This was a great corporate getaway for our clients (18 of them). Matt and his team were wonderful in helping set up the accommodations. 4 Eagle Ranch were great to work with on either providing activities for our clients to do or providing contacts of others to assist. Absolutely would recommend this.

As many others have pointed out, there are some pros and cons to this place that really make it hard to review. We rounded down because of the condescending and fake “hospitality” of Caleb, the main host. I’m also in the service biz so we were nothing but gracious, good tippers and patient… but he was passive aggressive on just about every interaction. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt that he’s just over worked and understaffed, which is more of a reflection on the ownership than it is on him. The other staff were friendlier but also very tired and ready for the season to be over. This really just left us with a bad taste in our mouth, unfortunately. The pros are obvious - beautiful location, fun concept etc. The tents, food and value all need some help but it’s worth considering if they can figure out the service side of things. Lots of activities to do from third party vendors right there at the base. Rooms: 3/5 | Service: 3/5 | Location: 4/5 Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet

A total let down, the place was super dirty and run down! No Hot water. Please don’t waste your time and or money. The tint almost blew away because it was so windy, You would be better off sleeping in a ditch! You also can’t drive to your cabin they carry you on side by side that is super nasty, and when you get ready to leave you have to text them to pick you up and wait 30 min + …. Total disaster, and poor Management!

We cannot speak highly enough about our trip to the collective retreat in Vail! From Kelly’s warm welcome, to branding our own cutting board, to the nighttime bonfire + marshmallows, to the BEAUTY of the scenery, our trip there was one we will cherish. The service was top notch and the accommodations were extremely comfortable. We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Kelly, Caleb, Lucy, Mikael, Elizabeth, and Kenzie for making our time there a highlight of our Colorado trip. We will be back!!

We can’t say enough greasy things about Vail Collective. Just book it! It’s absolutely gorgeous, from the restaurant to the well designed tents to the gorgeous landscape to the people we met around the fire pit. On top of that, the staff is amazing! All of them. So nice, helpful, and relaxed. We had some bad luck with a road closing due to an accident and the manager Mickael was more than accommodating in every way possible. We absolutely loved it and will be back. We travel a lot and this made our epic experience list!

This was one of our favorite trips as a family. What a memorable experience! I bought a one-night stay in a journey tent on 8/26/23, and it exceeded my expectations. The views, the food, the coffee, the staff, the management, the comforts all contributed to an amazing time. The staff was gracious, kind, friendly and helpful - especially when it came down to driving us up and down the hill from our tent to the parking lot. The GM went above and beyond to make sure that we, and our small children had a great time. It showed that the people who work there, genuinely care about their guests. And the added bonus was going on a beautiful morning horse ride as a family, at the stables down the hill. Also, I wasn't expecting to be able to have such a great night of sleep, but I slept like a baby. The campfire s'mores was a great time too.

Outstanding! The views and beauty of this property are breathtaking. The accommodations are luxurious and comfortable and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have visited all 3 Collective Retreat properties and am a huge fan. I especially enjoyed the staff at this property who made it even more intimate and fun.

We had a great experience here! All of the enjoyment of camping without the work. The Summit tent was fantastic. Clean, spacious, great decor and had everything we needed - the bed and linens were especially dreamy. Phenomenal setting- beautiful mountain views with horses grazing in the valley. And, we loved the staff - everyone gave off a relaxed, attentive and peaceful vibe. We had a lovely time chatting with Mickael during check-in and check-out, Caleb was the perfect host for happy hour and the bbq and Yvette provided a fabulous mountain top yoga experience. The price point is a bit high but worth the splurge!

We had such a fantastic experience. The grounds, the staff and the overall feel was one of a kind. Mickael, Roxanne, and EVERYONE made sure we were comfortable at all times. The bed was SO comfortable. This was true glamping. I loved looking out our ‘windows’ into the wide open landscape and waking up to the sunrise in the morning. We did horseback riding, and we’ll go back for zip lining another time. We only stayed one night, but I would suggest two as day 2 is when you start really relaxing! ;)
