Simple but clean. Comfy bed, blackout curtains and a good breakfast.

very comfortable hotel with very good mattress (but a too thick pillow. Very good location a few minutes from the center of wockingham.

I stayed at this hotel as a base for getting the train into London. The station is a 6-7 minute walk away, and there is a convenient multi-storey car park a two minute walk away. The payment terminal for parking is hard to use and I had a great deal of difficulty getting it to accept a payment. My advice would be to use RingGo, as the council system for checking in and out didn't work for me, in spite of repeated attempts with different cards. The hotel is quite new. I was disappointed that the shower head had pink mould on it, but otherwise the room was clean. In spite of being next to a fairly busy road the room was quiet. Premier Inn breakfast was decent, but an evening meal was a bit disappointing. Re-warmed from the freezer, which felt a bit like a basic meal I might throw together on a work night when I don't feel like cooking, rather than a meal I'd want to pay for in a restaurant. All of the staff we came in to contact with were very friendly and helpful.

The usual good night in a Premier Inn. They were short staffed though and Timtam worked so hard. She was working in the restaurant and the bar, as well as doing the reception. Such a hard worker and a very nice lady. She got some help later on but she was an absolute star.

Our extended family, 8 adults & 5 children called in unannounced on Sunday morning for the all you can eat breakfast. The young lady who greeted us warmly rearranged tables so we could sit together near the window, we all made good use of the buffet style food, both hot & cold . The staff were fantastic & looked after us very well. The manager came to check on us as we finished & gave the young children toys & sweets, much appreciated. We've had breakfast here a few times, we've always had a good experience & we'll be back soon. It was nice to see real orange juice back, it was missing on our last visit, maybe a supply problem?🍳🥞

7YO birthday trip to Legoland. We stayed at this really clean and well located Premier Inn the night before a day trip to Legoland. We were met by a super helpful reception team, kids were given colouring for the room and we were helped to work out the parking machine, which was free of charge overnight. Great night’s sleep after a drink each from the bar back on our room. Paid for the adult’s cooked breakfast, kids ate free and were delighted when Georgiou brought out a brownie with cream and personalised design for our youngest’s birthday. Plus a little Premier Inn lanyard and a story about how he was now a member of the PI team. He even brought out a prize basket for the kids’ colouring. A faultless stay and for a great price. Well done Premier Inn and Georgiou.
